When it comes to getting a new card, the process takes forever. The five to ten business days are a lie. I got in the mail of an important cardholder info, but not the new card. Customer service said counting the weekends doesn’t count to get the new card in the mail. The week of Labor Day wasn’t counted, so a male operator said to wait the following week Monday or Tuesday. Nothing in the mail and called again, but this time a female operator said wait till tomorrow or Thursday. I had been patiently waiting and this had been the worst experience! Very disappointed!

Atm never works correctly. Either can’t accept deposits or is out of order.

Very pleasant staff, attentive, helpful and nice atmosphere. I literally went in with over 500 dollars in coins. They helped me convert the coins to bills without any hassle.

Just opened my account at the carteret Branch, Bruce Jenkins is awesome and made it so easy and simple!! Highly recommend everyone to go to this branch ! Staff is awesome and it’s pet friendly !!!

Online banking is horrible. I left provident bank for the same reason, but at least I could login check my balance setup bill pay. I can't even get into my account at bcb bank. I called for assistance they told me to reset my password and I did that still unable to get into the account. They told me I have to go into the branch because they don't have technical support!!

If your're self employed, you wont qualified for much of thier products, and good luck when applying for any mortgage as a self employed. They need a new mortgage team and the guy in charge Ricci Merendino is very slow in responding to any email communication. And the best part when they pull your credit report, you will receive 3 hard inquiries, one from each credit bureau on any loan application.

Small community bank feel. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. The have a manager that does notary for free for those with a checking account.
