They always have great deals on clothes for kids. But this store is not handicap or carriage friendly. You know people are most likely going to shop with strollers, but there's no room for a single stroller let alone of you have more than one kid. Then they wonder why more people shop online.

I went to carters in Woodbridge mall and had a phenomenal experience with Joan and Christine! Both of them were extremely courteous and professional and helped me pick out the perfect gifts for my niece for her birthday party! Thank you so much!

If I could give zero stars I would. Sent an order to the store. Showed delivered 10/18/2022; store said package was lost on Friday 10/20/2022 when I attempted to retrieve my package. They have no help in the store and they are closed more often than they are open. Also Carter’s customer service refused to refund my $26 for the order and they told me they had to make an inquiry and they have terrible customer service. I will never use a Carters credit card again, Instead I will pay with my American Express card because if I put a dispute it with them it would be settled right away. Their shipping methods are awful that’s why we choose to ship to the store. The store is totally unreliable I would never shop there again. Instead if you are in New Jersey go to the Clark store.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This store has had nothing but staffing issues as of late resulting in either not opening on time or closing the store location prior to the close time. They are receiving online orders that people have shipped to the store and are not processing them due to no staff. I’m not understanding how Carters is allowing this to go on. If you have no staff to run the store then close the location. Good luck trying to argue with Carters customer service online, who have been made aware of the issue and refuse to offer any refunds until they put in an investigation. There is nothing to investigate when the customer has proof that the online order has been delivered to the store, but due to no staff working, customers are not receiving their merchandise. Avoid this store like the plague and I would avoid shopping at Carters because their customer service is apparently nonexistent.
