Horrible customer service. The staff seemed unwilling to help. I went in to have something done that should have taken about 10 minutes, but the manager refused to assist me. I know people who work for Chase, and they confirmed that what I was requesting could have been done. Very disappointing experience.

This is the worst bank in Avenel nj 07001 the ATM machines inside and drive up never work a lot people trying to use the machines but how cause they are always broken 😡 also rarely the main entrance door can read your card to access the bank omg
