I don't understand how a store can function successfully on Main St with no one working in it. Next time I purchase something and need assistance at the self checkout, which we're all forced to use since no one manages the front end, or the front of the store for that matter, I'm just walking out. With my item. Because no one will notice anyway.

Not deserving a star, but giving one. The pharmacist was very rude. She does not seem to want to work at all. My son had a cut on his forehead and was prescribed an antibiotic ointment. She was not listening to the name properly or not willing to read his name from a paper or the insurance card. We need proper workers there who have a reasonable amount of patience. How hard is it to take a medicine out of the shelf and give? Someone should take some action. Thankfully there was one polite person who helped and we got out of the place

Everything is messy. Workers are terrible. They were cursing at me and. The supply is good. They were saying bad words while my child was next to me. Not impressed.

Deserving of zero stars. More of a remark for CVS corporate leadership than individuals working there. Pharmacists are actually good, but a rotation of technicians where there is a new technician every month it seems. Several issues due to lack of experience from technicians.
The store to walk through is depressing; once there was an ad stand that wasn’t touched for more than 6 months, I know because I took a photo everytime I went and things were out of place in the exact position.
Phone call to speak with pharmacy staff is impossibly hard.

One of the freaking WORSE pharmacy’s! They never have a damn thing in stock, long wait times, don’t know how to handle insurance coverages, you’ll constantly keep coming

A nicer CVS than most in the area and is well stocked. The pharmacy is good and I've always been helped generously with customer service. I recommend this one for people wanting a reliable pharmacy or quick stop.
