Absolutely unacceptable, that you buy a $300 glove they know you are going downstairs to purchase then shut off the steamer on purpose it seems and refuse to have a manager come out and speak with you! And the disrespectful attitude from the cashier Keena is insane, these kids needs to be taught a lesson of respect.. Then while telling the manager about her disrespect she’s laughing right behind the manager and smiling like she knows it’s okay to be disrespectful..
I appreciate Nicolas helping us get the glove steamed after talking to the manager & the manager went above and beyond to help us out.

Today, my mother inlaw stopped in the Woodbridge, NJ location and had a terrible experience. Denisa the manager would not exchange or return a pair of shoes she received yesterday for her birthday. The manager (Denisa) told her the shoes were dirty and they couldn't be exchanged or returned. I just purchased them the day before in the Princeton location. They've never been worn and straight out of the box. I'm very disappointed in the terrible customer service and it's to bad because my mother inlaw has lots of grandkids that play a ton of different sports.

Tried to get a hunting license here. Called them yesterday and they told me that I can come today. But when I came here, they told me that machine is not working. Liars!

I went to this location to do an exchange for a gift that I purchased online for my son, I needed a larger size. The associates in the store were very helpful and welcoming however, when I made it to the register I encountered Nikki. Nikki stated that she was the front end manager and I must say her attitude was atrocious. She was very condescending and demeaning. I showed her my receipt and she went on to say she doesn’t remember my item being the price that I paid for it and she did not feel “comfortable” exchanging my item for a price difference. She paged someone over her headpiece who eventually came to the front and casually told her if she sees the item on the receipt to just override the exchange. I would think an establishment as large as this one would provide better customer service. I will not be returning to this location.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the Dick’s Sporting Goods location in Woodbridge, specifically involving the store manager, Rick. I purchased a pair of $180 on clouds after explaining to the sales representative the type of support I needed. I was assured that the shoes would meet my requirements. However, after wearing them for less than an hour, I experienced severe discomfort. The back of the shoe was cutting into my Achilles tendon, making them unwearable.
When I attempted to return the shoes, Rick flatly refused to accept them, citing what he called “dirt” on the bottom of the shoes. In reality, it was hardly dirt—just minor dust from briefly trying them out. Rick stated that accepting the return would be a “loss” for the store, yet he expected me to take a $180 loss on shoes that caused me pain and didn’t meet my needs. His solution? Clean the shoes and try to bring them back, which was both dismissive and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, Rick lectured me about how, if I ran a business, I couldn’t afford to operate like that, implying that his refusal to honor the return policy was justified. This entire interaction left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer.
I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to resolve an issue caused by being misled about the product’s suitability. I had intended to purchase another pair of shoes that would actually work for me, but now I am left questioning if I should ever shop at Dick’s Sporting Goods again.
This experience has soured my trust in the brand and the Woodbridge location. Customers deserve better than being blamed for a store’s unwillingness to stand by their products and provide adequate service.

The footwear department could be run better. They have a great customer assistance concept in place but need better staff to implement it.
It is not very wheelchair or lower mobility disability friendly either. Aisles are either narrow or have debris and product littering the ground. The staff that watched us struggle did not seem concerned.
DO NOT PURCHASE DRINKS FROM HERE
Below are pictures of the MOLD inside of the beverage refrigerator. You may not be directly ingesting the mold, but you are touching it and may inadvertently touch food, your face, eyes, or mouth.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to go into the store to give an accurate review as this location is not dog friendly. Most Dick's locations are pet friendly as long as they are on a leash, but this one isn't. Not complaining, every store has the right to choose to opt out of being pet friendly.
Outside of the store is nice and clean tho, and every customer outside has been very kind, friendly and loved saying hi to my pup.

Daniel in the bike department is a star. Helped me pick out a birthday present for my 8 year old and gave awesome advice on what to buy. He wasn't salesy or pushy in any way - just real. Very helpful guy, it was appreciated and my son loved the bike

Gabby, the cashier, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She treated me poorly and made my shopping experience very unpleasant. Despite being a regular customer and credit card holder, I was met with a lack of courtesy. Gabby didn't acknowledge me or greet me, and her attitude was unacceptable. This experience has left such a negative impression that I will not be shopping here again. It’s disappointing that customer service was so lacking. The manager didn’t even care! Barely apologized for the behavior! Explains why her employees act like that.. I see why some people are where they are

Lady at the door looks at my child in the eye ignores him and locks the door in his face. We got there 5 mins before closing which may be poor timing but we were rushing from my child’s practice to get his new lunch bag. Multiple people were leaving and when my son tries to ask to just let him take the order with me there she yells at him. Terrible customer service.

I drove from Staten Island to this location to purchase a sports bra and I showed up at 8:20 I asked to try on the bra and the young lady by the dressing room gave me terrible attitude and rolled her eyes when I asked if I can have a dressing room. Then I went back over with another size to try on and she nastily said that the dressing rooms were closed when the store was still open for another 35 minutes. I had one small bra to try on before I spent my money on it and she was extremely rude to me.
