The manager at Day has a very bad attitude with customers. I went to return some items from a project I spent over a thousand dollars on at that store, and she treated me so humiliatingly that I felt like crying. She told me I couldn't return items I bought at another Dollar Tree in that location. There were only four or five items. I don't recommend shopping at that Dollar Tree. I'm very frustrated by the situation I went through.

I wish i could give negative rating to this store, or i would say store manager. I shopped around $50 birthday items. On the same day i wanted to return 2 of the led lights. one was broken and other was never used. I asked manager if she can pull my details from the card i used or just exchanged or give me store credit. I told her that i misplaced my receipt i understand its a rule thats why asked for to replace or store credit but she kept refusing and didnot help at all. Very Rude behavior. Guess what i was able to replace those items from another dollar tree location so that was possible. She just do not wanted to help customer. Not going there thats for sure.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Will not return to this location. The two managers on duty were very rude and not helpful over $1.25 snowman I purchased and tried to exchange due to being broken. They wouldn’t let me trade it out bc the tag was off but I certainly didn’t expect the battery spring to be missing so I took the tag off. I had the exact same snowman in my hand to replace and they said no even though I had the receipt showing I purchased it there. I had other items to purchase today but chose not to. Horrible business to refuse to help me out when I come to dollar store multiple times a week with my son and planned to spend even more money today but I left my items and went to Walmart, I refuse to give business to a store who would treat me so horrible over 1.25….not even they were losing money, I already paid for a snowman I just needed a snowman that worked, why should I have to keep one that was broken inside? Will not return to dollar tree again.
