I’ve been calling and Walgreens sent my prescription renewal twice. I’m now on my second day without blood pressure medicine. The secretary while I’m trying to explain my issue talks over me loudly disregarding anything I say. She abruptly hit the hold button while I was explaining an issue.Now I’m on hold with music playing. I’ve been on hold now for 9 mins. Very unprofessional staff.

My husband and I were patients of his since 2017. Never had an issue until I asked him how would I go about getting an adult autism assessment. He said “You’re better off not knowing.” I wanted to know because my daughter is autistic and wanted to know what were the chances of it being genetics. Yesterday, 3/21/25, we had an appointment with him (never missed any appointments before in the past. Never had any issues in the past). Completely forgot about the appointment because we had our daughter’s ABA assessment meeting, the secretary was willing to change the appointment with no issues. He called my husband asking why did we schedule the ABA meeting during his appointment time, my husband explained we had the original appointment made in February but my daughter got sick and had to reschedule it for March. He told my husband that we need to find a new doctor and hung up on my husband and then called me on his personal number, left a message to call him back and when I did call him back and told him he is unprofessional and that I will be filing a complaint with my insurance he said “There was no need for me to call him to tell him this.” Sir, then why are you calling me?!?!?! Don’t get mad at my REACTION towards your ACTIONS. The email letters sufficient enough. I will be contacting a civil rights attorney because this kinda sounds fishy and see what they tell me. But I did file a complaint with my insurance company and I recommend that everyone who has had or still has issues with him do it as well. He also refuses to send my husband’s medical records to Social Security and my husband’s attorney as he is fighting to get Permanent Disability.

Amy and staff are very experienced and helpful. Dr Boyd is very in touch with all my medical needs. Rate him as one of the best!

If I could give them a zero star I would. The old administrative staff was great but the new Staff is not trained properly. Yeah they are sweet but have no idea on how billing is done.The Doctor is very nonchalant about it all. He is too focused on easy payment of virtual visits instead of patient care.
Personality, Yeah the doctor is real sweet and all talking but very outdated on new procedures and medications. I would NOT recommend him at all. Horrible with following up with pharmacies too. He needs to get with the program . COVID IS OVER , IN PERSON VISIT NEED TO RETURN!

Dr. Boyd is professional and very informative while taking care of me and he can also be funny. I have received the best care from him. I very much trust his opinion and will continue to be his patient. The office staff is so awesome and gets the job done professionally and they are very helpful and friendly. Great experience all around. I will refer my friends to him. Great care makes you feel better about the doctor!!

Nice doctor, but horrible staff. they never call medicine on time and they have a lot of attitude. at firry they're nice but when you ask for help they are horrible and cause ptsd and anxiety to me...

Dr Boyd is AWESOME!My Dr is no longer practicing in my area and because my work office is so close I called Dr. Boyds office when I wasn't feeling well.He prescribed my usual meds when I get bronchitis and another that really helped me!I've had several tele-appts with him and he is very knowledgeable, caring, personable and kind!I haven't experienced any issues with his staff. They go out of their way to be accommodating!I would strongly urge anyone to change their rating to reflect Dr Boyd, this man is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend him!!!!

I have seen Dr. Boyd for years and while it is always a pleasure to see and speak with him, I cannot say the same for his staff. Their job is to create flow in the office and there is anything but that - 0 time management and not always the friendliest. Additionally, its like pulling teeth trying to get your own records. They either cannot find them or tell you it will take weeks to obtain. Absolute headache anytime I have to deal with this office.

You wait here for hours even tho you have an appointment! There has been multiple times where I had an appointment at 1pm but didn’t get seen until 4!
