Unsafe, disorderly and a mess. I almost got ran over twice and I recognize it’s a big and busy place but there are bigger and busier that aren’t this crazy and dangerous! Have someone making sure the trucks pull all the way up. It’s Russian Roulette for a real bad accident.

We were waiting for a package that never came. We called and we were told it's on its way. It never came. We went to the facility. It was awful. They completely ignored us. Poor service. The place was completely disorganized. They couldn't find our package. It was a disaster. We finally got our money back. But we really wanted that package.

In close to 15 years of driving semi trucks this is the most dangerous and unnecessarily disorganized and chaotic yards I've ever delivered to. Especially the overnight. The one good thing are their yard drivers, they are extremely well trained and do the best they can with that chaotic situation. Another reviewer said the place needs to be cut down and I wholeheartedly agree. They prioritize just getting the trucks in over safety and someone is going to get killed. When that happens I hope they start looking at these reviews.

This FedEx location in Keasbey, NJ, is an absolute disaster and needs to be shut down immediately. I had critical documents that were supposed to be delivered from their station, and they made it an impossible nightmare.
No one at this facility is helpful. Not only could I not get any information from them directly, but even the main FedEx 1-800 number couldn't get ahold of anyone. It's like this place is a black hole where packages go to disappear and where customer service is trash
And it gets worse. When I tried to call them, the staff would answer the phone only to hang up on me. This is beyond rude; it's a completely disrespectful and unprofessional way to treat customers. The people working there don't deserve a paycheck. They probably sit around stealing packages for their own benefit. This entire operation needs to be investigated immediately before more people have to deal with this nightmare.

FedEx blames the shipper. The shipper blames FedEx. Finger pointing won’t resolve this, so I took it upon myself to do the work. I’ve had packages show up from the Keasby facility that showed no scans up until it delivered. Current package stuck in Keasby for 5 days. So I called the shipper and FedEx and tore both of them up then called my card company to refute the charges. Screw them both.

I waiting for my delivery the package was max 30m away from my address and got delayed and move the package 1h:15m away that's ridiculous this guy's don't no wat doing.

This FedEx Ground hub is large and well organized overall. The staff in the Linehaul department are kind and respectful , they genuinely help drivers by giving clear guidance and assisting with any technical issues related to their loads and dispatch . The only downside is that on some days of the week, the Inbound yard could use better organization when it comes to trailer placement and spacing. Other than that, it’s a solid and supportive place for drivers .

I was missing 1 of 2 packages that were shipped together.When I check my tracking, it's says still in the vehicle.It's been three days and there is no update on my package. I'm starting.
To feel like my items are lost or stolen. Anyone care to share fedex corporate Fraud numbers. I think an internal investigation of this location is in need

Anyways great place to drop/ hook, staff super friendly
