I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, but in the spirit of warning would-be customers and improving the establishment's way of doing business, here goes.
I took my car to Firestone Woodbridge 3 times. The first time was good. Second time left my engine in a bad spot and I took my car elsewhere. Third time, they installed a replacement tire valve, but didn't repair the rim and the valve was letting air out. I got a flat a few days afterwards.
Why didn't I go back, even though the tire is under warranty and I can/should get a replacement tire?
Lack of trust.
I don't trust them any more.
They might respond to this post and give the cursory, "We're sorry to hear..." response, but instead of responding, please listen. Below are constructive criticisms:
1. Tell your guys to be thorough.
2. Have quality control and a checklist.
3. Have a system of checks & balances (i.e. a supervisor should check the work & interrogate the mechanic actually doing the work -- "Did you check this? Did you check that? What about this? Ah, but you missed that).
I know this is hard to do consistently, on every job, day in and day out, and for every customer. But this is the price of excellence, and the difference between a good review and a bad one.
And if their response is "We do have QC, checklists, and supervisor checks," then see the attached photo—this is what happened just days after the repair.
For my engine repair and tire replacement, I went to Hyundai Auto Repair in Edison. The address is 1808 Woodbridge Ave, Edison, NJ 08817. It's a local shop. I highly recommend them. The owner is responsive, honest, and efficient.
Firestone Woodbridge, good luck. I know running a business is difficult, maintaining quality is hard, and keeping all customers happy is impossible. But it's the work of a lifetime - so I have no doubt you can improve.

I used a coupon for the oil change service. The coupon also entitled me to Receive a free bottle of RENU Fuel Tank Additive. They never gave me any such bottle.
I did get the oil change at the discounted price mentioned on the coupon though.

Edit: I emailed the email below and nobody responded so I’m writing the incident on Google.
My husband and I took both our vehicles to the Firestone Woodbridge location yesterday morning for wheel alignment.
My husband has the lifetime alignment and advised me to do the same.
I bought the lifetime alignment. The vehicle when done, I drove it home and as I was driving on the highway the car was not going straight at all. It was even worse than when I handed it to them that I panicked and I couldn’t drive it and my husband had to come take me and drive it to back to the location.
The person that was helping us said they will look at it again. I left the place and took it on the highway and it was still bad same as when I gave it to them.
I am regretting buying the lifetime deal. Why do I care about having this membership if the place is not doing an honest excellent job.
We were also told that there is a “weird sound” coming from the vehicle and they need to inspect it for $10 then when we took it back they claimed that we took it somewhere and the noise is gone.
I also asked for tire check and a print out of the measurements and I never got either and I was advised that it needs changing in 2nd week of January with no proof that this change is require
My husbands vehicle they weren’t able to do the alignment in the back because ”it’s frozen”. We took it somewhere and they were able to do it no problem. Worst location ever and customer service is terrible. This lifetime alignment is a scam. They just get you to pay more and then tell you they can’t do it.

They are very unprofessional for giving me an appointment to get my tires installed, I left work early for this appointment only for them to tell me they can’t install my tires since I didn’t get them shipped to them. They could’ve told me that over the phone when I called asking for information and I let them know in advanced I had ordered the tires to my house, they could’ve also given me a call back telling me they no longer do this, instead they made me waste my time leave work early and go all the way there to get turned down by them.

This firestone I haven't been to before, I've gone to the others in the area. I was surprised by the service here. The gentleman at the front was good at explaining to me about my tire and what it may need. All of the employees this day were great. Wasn't a long wait and pleasantly it was a good experience.

I highly do not recommend Firestone At all now. I put my car in service here and they did not fix the problem after dropping off the car over night & pickup next day with no service was done. Left one more day and still not done but I got my car with scratches & employee told me we can’t do anything about it. “Tomorrow my manager will call you to see what we can do” been couple months and never heard back from them.

I do not recommend this place to no one ! Forget about getting an oil change ! Something so small and simple they make it to an all day protect. My car was fine before it entered the garage and then came out and started acting so weird and funny and all thanks to firestone . I don’t even want to bring my car back to get more worse then they left it .! And the credit card sompany ! Even worse , They call you consistently all day everyday ! I really don’t want to know about anything this place !

Bought life time alignment. First alignment was good but second time they left the camber misaligned with no justification why it left was misaligned. I went back to store to ask, I was proposed to pay another $200 to install a new alignment bolt. I felt I was being conned and mistreated. Went to the dealer, got the new alignment done in half the price and everything in spec.
I will not get life time alignment from this store or get any work done anymore.

Never dealing with Firestone again. I came in for a tire repair which turned into a full replacement of all tires. This process turned into an all day project when I was told it would only be about an hour. They also broke my sensor and tried to tell me it was already broken. False. When I filled the tire manually the sensor functioned normally. Also do not get their credit card! Two months in and I am still fighting with the company because Firestone never updated my address and had the credit card sent out to an old address.

I visited this location for AC repair on my 2012 Nissan Rogue. Initially quoted $48 for an AC diagnostic service, I agreed to proceed and was later quoted $1049 after the diagnosis. I approved and also requested an oil change, which I was told would be complimentary. The following day, they informed me of an additional $200 repair needed for the AC. Then the day afterwards another repair costing approximately $750 for the compressor and freon. When I picked up my car, despite being promised a free oil change over the phone, I was told it was conditional on signing up for a Firestone Credit Card. With taxes, the total bill came to about $2080.
While the AC repair itself was well executed, I found the overall cost excessive, especially considering the disproportionate labor charges relative to parts. The incremental additions to the repair costs gave me the impression of a lack of transparency and a focus on garnering as much money from me as possible.
I've taken this experience as a lesson and plan to explore smaller shops for future repairs. Although satisfied with the outcome of the repair, I won't be returning here.

Poor experience with alignment service.
Keep holding car even after work is finished for 30 min.
Even mileage printed on invoice it totally incorrect as 132K where as odometer indicated 116K.
