They are lier and staff is rude when they know they are at mistake. I was offered a rebate for purchasing new tires. When i tried to do on their website it says there’s no rebate. When i walked into store they were just running no you didn’t do it on time you were late. Lame excuses I tried calling firestone they said you were mis informed there’s no rebate/ promotion going on.

The staff was very helpful.Tom the manager was very helpful,answer all my questions.. Said it was ok to leave it, and they would check it out. About a hour late,a nice lady named D called, I was surprised how fast they got back to me, She explained everything and how to fix it,no pressure and was very nice explaining it all. Definitely give Firestone ten ⭐, This is my new repair shop, excellent staff, excellent service, definitely will recommend to all my family and friends. Good job Firestone ..?

Overall the experience was great. The shop opened on time and the service rep was friendly and professional. The mechanic was also friendly and professional. The only thing that would have made it better would be the option for a hot beverage while waiting on a cold January day.

As always, Mike goes above and beyond to service my car. Mike fixed the alignment issues that my Accord was having. After adjusting he did the road test and re-aligned multiple times in order to get my car drive straight on the road. Thank you to both Mike and Tom for outstanding service.Woodbridge, NJ Store

I contacted the Woodbridge at about 9:15 am on a Sunday morning, asking if they could replace a broken tire valve. They asked if I could bring it in right away, and fortunately I could. They were able to replace the valve, reprogram the pressure sensors, and were finished in about 30 minutes. Both Jason and Justin seemed honest, and were polite, very cheerful and accommodating. Thanks, guys!

Do not go to this location ( Woodbridge NJ) They are crooks. I brought my vehicle in to get a tire replaced because of a flat on one of the tire. Then they tell me that the other 3 tires are worn and that needs to be placed so I told them no thanks I will take it to my mechanic. ( I only took it to this place that day because my mechanic was closed) The next day, one of the other tires had a slow leak so I brought it to my mechanic. And he told me that someone had sabotaged a pin on that said tire that was leaking. The only other people that had access to the other tires where the people at Firestone the day before. They all crooks, I've already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. The fact that they would sabotage someone's vehicle because I didn't want to spend money on the other 3 tires. THEY ARE CROOKS!

Don't go here. Worst experience from appointment to service. Installed new tires, had to ask for wheel alignment check. They said it was okay. Front end shakes from 65 to 70mph. I have been there in the past with excellent results. Will not go back or recommend them ever.Will go somewhere else to check alignment and balance of front tires.

Took my son's car to Firestone for breaks stretching. They said what it would cost, I paid and 4 months later same problem, went back to see why so soon the same symptoms. Now they say 1200 dollars because calibers are ruined, well I said that's way too high and we just paid 700 Dollars to you guys 4 months ago for all this you said. I left went to Jones Automotive and Paid 291 calibers were fine!!! They were trying to charge me 1200 dollars fur a 30O dollar job...they need to be shut down!!!! Always get a second opinion mI only went back bacj for an explanation had no plan on getting work done again after being told 3 stories as per why it was 1200.

I have been a regular customer at Firestone over the years across multiple states in the US. Overall, I find them a bit expensive but I have been reasonably satisfied with the service. However, yesterday's visit was the worst! The technician at Firestone Woodbridge drive was utterly disrespectful.Within 20 mins of dropping off the car, I was told my battery needs replacement, my break pads need replacement, all oil and air filters need replacement, I need to rebalance and align all my wheels, etc. etc. with a quotation well over a 1000$. While some of the findings may be genuine, when I asked which ones I can probably live with another 3-4 months (until my next routine maintenance), I was asked "why I was even there if I didn't want to spend any money". I insisted on them doing just the inspection so I can get a second opinion on the findings.Upon dropping off the car, I called several times to check the status of my car but was continuously put on hold. Firestone charged me for a full inspection of my car. When asked for a checklist or inspection report, I was handed over an empty checklist with just the technician's signature at the bottom of page. I was told that was just a copy and that the original checklist was "fully filled but lost". When asked why I was put on long holds over the phone, the person at the front desk said they were having a very busy day while I did not see any other customer both times I was there on the day. It was a weekday morning and they initially also accepted to service my car without a prior appointment.I thought the team was extremely unprofessional and did not care for business and customer service. Went and dropped off for a oil change I work out of town and needed it done but cost almost 200 bucks for oil change and wipers pretty much double the cost on the oil and filter which u can get at autozone for 9 dollars not complaining about the service just the cost was extremely high to meService: Oil change
