Kena and Neverlin were the best. Super attentive, kind, courteous, and professional. My son left his bag there with his workbook and his hat. I called up about 30 minutes after we left the store and thankfully they had it. I appreciate stores and employees like this. Thank you ladies! Thank you for locker!

Went into the kids footlocker and needed assistance using my rewards. Joclyn Riva was rude and disrespectful. When I asked about the WiFi she informed me “it’s not her problem” it’s the store’s problem. I asked for her name, she threw my bag across the counter, walked away and took her name tag off. When speaking with her manager she became argumentative again. Her manager should have shut her down but didn’t. I will never shop in there again. I walked over to the footlocker across from the kids and Iyanna Garcia-Ross and Makynze Smith assisted me with connection to the store next door so I could use my rewards.

Not much variety of Nike here but it's ok I went today and they barely had any dunks or air forces but customer service is ok.

This store plays favorites. They allowed 1 customer to purchase 3 pairs of Nike Dunk low Panda GS today. You can check the cameras, its all there. He stood at the register paid cash for all 3 and handed the pairs to 2 spanish men he found outside the store and told them "You need to carry these out". That was the first issue.The second issue is that they received 12 pairs and they only sold 6. When I asked the employee if he had a bigger size than a 4.5y he said "No my part timers want the rest of them for themselves." I don't understand how employees can purchase sneakers that should be sold to the CUSTOMERS of the store. The female employee that was working even showed me a group text she has with her Part Timers of them picking which sizes they wanted to buy. There were a bunch of very unhappy customers who unfortunately did not get the opportunity to purchase the sneaker because Kids Foot Locker employees took half the stock.Completely unacceptable!
