“Losing a loved one is an extremely emotional heartbreaking experience. Trying to arrange their Funeral services when you are numb and can’t think clearly seems like an impossible task. Thankfully with the help and guidance of Rocco and the staff at Kurzawa Funeral Home, we found some comfort in our time of upmost need. Rocco was genuinely compassionate and understanding of our situation. He made selecting the memorial cards less complicated. He explained the difference and offered helpful recommendations for selecting a casket. He also provided us with useful ideas for the floral arrangement placements. He contacted the cemetery and arranged for the plots preparation. Rocco guided us through the process of loading the pictures for the video that was displayed at the wake. He even provided a large framed photo of our beloved Shane, which was displayed at both the wake and repass. Rocco was inspirational in helping to fulfill Shane‘s request to have father Dennis, a retired priest, perform the prayer service. Rocco was very professional and attentive to detail. “Pretty funeral home with lovely seating space outdoors, but I feel like the staff felt kind of standoffish and they threw away my coffee that I had left out in the lack of kitchen out of consideration for their carpets and the somberness of the funeral. I had left the viewing to sip from it a few times during the day and when I returned to it to take it with me, it had been thrown away. ?”
