The store is not there anymore nor is there any sign anywhere that it moved. I also called their number twice and no luck. Don't come here, there is no store.

On Friday, Oct. 25, 2024, My wife and I visited the GNC store located inside The Woodbridge Center Mall, Woodbridge, NJ. We have been loyal customers for over 30+ years. We needed our regular supply of Protein Powder and Probiotics. I didn't see the Protein powder that I usually purchased, so I kept looking and saw a bottle of Prevegen. I had been wanting to buy Prevegen for sometime now and saw a bottle of 60 capsules for $41.99. I wouldn't have kept looking after not seeing my powder but the young man at the register told us that everything was buy one and get half off your 2nd item. Of course, I'm always down for a good deal. So, I grabbed the bottle of Prevegen and along with my wife's item we proceeded to pay. Her item was $20 something and the Prevegen that I picked up said it was $41.99. That would make the total $61.99. However, the young man told use that our total was $70 something. When I asked why it was so much, the young man told us that the Prevegen rang up at $90 something. I then proceeded to show him where i got the bottle from and the sticker price that said it cost $41.99. We took pictures. The young man said he could not give it to us for that price. I asked to speak to the manager, who had to be called by phone. The manager said he could not give it to us for that price and then hung up. We were never able to speak to him. We obviously were upset about how we were treated and the fact that they didn't honor the price that was in front of the item and said 60 capsules. I then called their corporate office who told me that the item # in the price tag did not match that item. Hello!!! As customers, how the heck are we supposed to know what item # goes to what product. All we know is that the product was clearly marked $41.99. There were several of the same items, so it's not like someone else could of placed it on the wrong spot. Anyway, corporate told us that they would give us a $5 credit. Are you serious?? Keep your $5 and keep your product. We will NEVER step into that GNC again!!! If that's how you treat your loyal customers, I'd hate to see how you treat first time buyers. I will spend my almost $200 monthly purchase somewhere else!! The manager could of asked to speak to us, but chose to hang up and left the young man feeling bad that he couldn't give us what we wanted. ✌️ My next call will be to Dept of Consumer Affairs. Who knows how many ppl they have done this to.

If you are at Woodbridge Mall stop by the GNC if you are looking for supplements. Ask for Hector he will help you save money and he recommend one of the best supplements to use. I've have been coming back ever since then !!!

I placed an order for pickup at this location on Saturday, November 4th at about 12:15pm because of the 10% discount and wanted to use $45 worth of collected GNC points. When I went to pickup my order three hours after I placed the order (around 3:00pm on Saturday), the guy at the register was on his phone and wearing headphones. I told him that I was here to pickup my order and I gave him my name. He said he didn't receive the order, I showed him the email confirming the order, and he said he cancelled it because he couldn't find one of the products. However, I never received a cancelled email. Then, he proceeds to walk over to the product and actually finds the exact product he claimed wasn't there before. He said he already cancelled the order and that I can pay for it in full without the 10% discount or my GNC points (which still have not been reinstated in my account), or wait until the points get reinstated. Immediately after leaving the store, I called GNC customer service and they said my order wasn't cancelled. I walk back into the store, tell the associate what was said to me, and even played the automated GNC message on speaker for him. However, the message suddenly changed to that it's cancelled and I finally just got the cancellation email after this whole ordeal. It was clear he never filled the order and purposely didn't cancel it until after I left and came back in order to negate the 10% in-store pickup discount and negate the $45 worth of GNC points I intended to use in an attempt for me to purchase the products in full, despite the discount and points. Most of these GNC locations have associates and managers with shady practices for overpriced products. I've been a GNC Pro Member since 2017, but between their customer service and prices, I will no longer shop with GNC online or in-store. This company, or at least the majority of their brick-and-mortar locations, are dishonest, underhanded, and unnecessary.

Stopped by recently to pickup some pre-workout & a few other supplements. I'm only writing this review because an awesome employee named Court helped me out SO much during my visit and I thought I'd share my experience. I am a beginner on my fitness journey, and Court took the time to explain the ingredients in each and every product that he suggested. He was also inquisitive about my allergies, so he could be careful not to suggest something I'm allergic to. Court was extremely knowledgeable -- he had an answer to all of my questions. Just thought I should share my experience with a very helpful & kind employee! I'll definitely be returning.
