I just tried to do my oil change at this place and I explained that my car is an animal rescue vehicle. I was told that there can not be any fecal matter or urine in the car because it’s a “biohazard to the techs.” I told him to check it and that I didn’t think there was any since the cats I just transported were all in carriers and not in traps. He said I would have to clean it out and was refusing service because there was “litter everywhere”. I told him to forget it that I would take it to my usual guy. When I got in the car and checked all the wee wee pads that were lining my car were clean. There was salt from the street inside my car because it had been snowing. I never even had any litter in my car at all. Not animal friendly at all and I will make sure all of my rescue friends know not to go there for ANY services.

Went to the Acura showroom for a recall and then to Mr. Tire for an oil change. Both places told me that only my rear brake pads needed replacement, as they were down to 1mm. When I asked about the front brake pads at Mr. Tire, they said they were totally fine for months.
I found a Groupon coupon for a front or rear brake pad replacement at Midas, but after inspecting my car for 1 hour and 15 minutes, they told me that I needed to replace both the front and rear brake pads and rotors because my car "wobbled" when braking. I told them I had never experienced that issue, but they insisted it happened during their test.
When I declined and asked them to replace only the rear brake pads, they made it seem like I was taking a huge risk and tried to guilt-trip me. It took them 2 hours and 15 minutes just to replace the pads, even though I was clear about what I wanted from the start.
The brakes work fine now, but they were working fine before too. The service itself seems decent, but honesty is what truly matters. I won’t be coming back here.

Absolutely terrible. I brought my work truck in for an oil change at 1pm left the truck overnight to pick it up the following morning. Becuase it should certainly be done by than. However upon my arrival my work truck was still parked in the same location and they did not start my oil change until I got there that morning. Still took an hour to get it done and gave my truck back stinking of cigarettes. So overall during the hours of operation my oil change took about 5-6 hours. Wasted money on an Uber since I dropped it off the day before when I could have just brought it in the morning since that's when they decided to start the job anyway. I will never bring any vehicle here especially a work one and I will ensure that no company truck is brought to the establishment again.

I took my car for service and I was very satisfied with the service I received from the front end Manny to the mechanic Jonathan. They were polite and answered all my questions. My car was done in a timely fashion 😁💆🏽♀️ and they did a full check up on my car as well along with tire rotation 🤗🚘 my baby ready to go! Thank you so much guys for all your help!

I recently went to Midas for an oil change and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received. Not only did they provide great customer service, but they also went above and beyond in thoroughly evaluating my vehicle. Their attention to detail exceeded my expectations.
What impressed me even more was their follow-up. Before I left, they sent me a detailed report with photos, which showcased the work they had done on my car. This level of transparency and communication made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
I can confidently say that my experience at Midas was fantastic. The professionalism, thoroughness, and excellent customer service I received exceeded my expectations. Every guy at this shop is honest and can be trusted. I've been to a lot of mechanics around the area and wasn't satisfied with the work, so I gave these guys a try and been going to them every sense for both of my cars. I travel in from Brooklyn because these guys are the only ones I trust. Manny is outstanding at what he does. He tells you what they are going to do, what they are doing and what they did. Whatever you need done, wheels, brakes, balancing, tune ups, exhaust, or as in my case, my air conditioning. I’m freezing on my way back to Brooklyn. Don’t look any further.
