I have tried for 2 weeks to transfer my membership. The manager has given me the run around even when I explained I can’t access my account. I try again a week later and someone says she will call me back.I went in person to my closest PF and the manager of that location was on the phone with the Woodbridge manager for over 15 mins because she DID NOT want to transfer my membership.I wasn’t trying to cancel just to transfer because I live an hour away. The manager is rude, neglectful, and shouldn’t be in charge if that’s how she’s running things.If you don’t want to have an unnecessary hassle go to a planet fitness away from this region. They are all the same.

Why isn't this location open 24hours we need it to be open 24 hours period. That's why I signed up. The bathrooms are messy on a daily basis also... Let's get that together. Less talking up front and more attention to high traffic areas!

The evening shift staff talking and responding too rude they are not behaving all customers as same they treated like we are the cheap people we don’t meet their standards like that of feeling and they are comparing other location fitness clubs we don’t do that we do this. They don’t respect equally they treat by looking their skin and maintainence.

I have been a dedicated customer at this gym for nearly five years, and until recently, it has been my go-to place for workouts. However, I recently encountered a situation that left me deeply disappointed. On a rare occasion when I forgot my cell phone and ID at home, I approached the morning staff—two girls—to see if they could help me by accessing my account through alternative means such as my phone number or SSN. Unfortunately, they not only denied my entry but also threatened to cancel my membership and involve law enforcement.As someone who has been a loyal paying customer for half a decade, I found this response both unwarranted and unprofessional. It's disheartening to see such behavior from staff members, especially given the long-standing relationship I've had with this gym.Furthermore, when I politely brought up the issue of empty soap and sanitizer dispensers, expressing concern about the hygiene implications, I was met with similar resistance. Instead of addressing the matter, they once again threatened to cancel my membership.While this gym has been my 'home gym' with generally positive experiences, these recent incidents have raised serious concerns. I believe there is a need for employee training or, if necessary, a change in staff to ensure a more customer-friendly and hygienic environment.It's my hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and implements measures to retain loyal customers like myself and maintain a clean and welcoming facility. I Hope the CEO Chris Rondeau read the reviews online. Do to its a shame what is going on at the sites. I had a problem with one of the staff members at the woodbridge nj site. Let me tell you the two staff members I met today was professional but there's another employee that he was a tuff Tony on the phone, but I showed up, but left the floor, you see if you talk an hang up that's disrespectful as well when you ask for a manager hanging up again know you pushing your self. I'm letting people now if you are a member or not a member you keep it short and simple and professional. But hanging up and think your funny well you got some nerve but that's OK. Take your money and go to another GYM and let them get your service due to other Gyms relay on its members. You pay less you get less. You pay more you definitely get more respect as well the staff is professional at its best. So Management needs to sit with staff members and let them know hey costumer service is one of the keys to bring clients in. But ones again I'm not telling no one to go in Planet Fitness in woodbridge go were you fit in. And that depends on what your paying for. I have talked to other Planet Fitness on 1in Edison the staff is on point but this one in Woodridge nj I think needs to learn from edsion. I don't know the manager but hopefully they call tomorrow.

I've been here for a month, but unfortunately, my schedule clashes with their business hours. Despite my request to change locations, the manager hasn't been helpful to make force transfer. This lack of flexibility has been frustrating and diminishes the overall experience.

Planet fitness Woodbridge NJ Gym got a new trainer Essa. One of the nicest and respectful trainer I’ve ever seen, and I see him helping people and suggesting so nicely that how to do better workout and whenever I need any questions about workout that how to do whatever workout, he would be willing to help without any charges or trainer membership. Yesterday I was working out in the 30 mins workout area and found him with a senior couple (husband and wife), and he was teaching them how to do good workout in such a nice, kind and respectful way. Essa went outside and the old lady started talking to me that he’s a very good guy and helps us to stay healthy, I liked that and wanted to give the review so his senior can see his performance.!Essa, If you read my comment, I would thank you and appreciate for keeping the society healthy physically and mentally, and if any higher level of the company reads this comment, I would say that thank you for having him. You have a good employee working for you and shining your business. Thank you!

IT needs to fix their app. It has been an issue for a while now. I couldn’t restarted my membership from home. I had to go in the gym and wasted 20 minutes. The front desk personnel was nice and patience with me. Not good business practice!!!

I have been a member at this gym for 2 years now and they only have 4 stair masters out of which 3 have been broken for over 8 months now. Clearly the manager or the owner only wants the members money and so they haven’t taken the time to fix it or get it repaired.
