Husband came here for a black suit. Quality is great, affordable prices, and they tailored his pants in 30 minutes. They were able to take one look at him and help him determine a jacket, pant and shirt size. They'er super efficient and really friendly. Highly recommend them! In fact, we already have to our relatives.

Took a ermenegildo zegna suit to get fitted they did a great job on the pants but butchered the sleeves on the jacket staff was nice but I would not recommend taking expensive suits here to get tailored…I would never step inside this store again

BEWARE OF STORE MANAGER ALI MUHAMMADI had gotten a sweater for Christmas and when I opened it, the stitches were coming out I went to "exchange" because of factory made issues yet the store manager Ali Muhammed denied my exchanged with a gift receipt and just had the tailor "fix" it because he felt that there was "no need to exchange"His behavior felt as if he was drunk. Throwing the "I'm the manager" around and completely denied my exchanged and also threatened that if I was to not get it tailored and fixed next time I came back I wouldn't get an exchange but I was not getting an exchange to begin with. Ali Muhammed (store manager) needs to go and get trained on how to deal with customers avoid this store at all times as long as he's there.You will not miss him he is the tall one skinny with a face beard and mustache. Paid 100 dollars for something that came with an issue and a refund was denied due to his (im the materials I decided that" mindset.Everyone else in there understood the item came damaged but could not go against their manager for obvious reasons, its sad such a person of low status and morality works as a store manager when they have better suited people for the job.

Beware of their scam like tactics. They will sell you huge pants just so they can “fix them for you” and charge you an extra $24 for alterations( which they don’t mention just add it to your bill). I specially told the salesperson i needed a smaller size rather than have them altered. All of this just to leave the store with a poorly alter suit that i still had to take somewhere else and pay to have it fixed. IF YOU MUST VISIT THE WOODBRIDGE LOCATION(not recommended) DO NOT LET THEN SCAM YOU. THEY TEND TO MOVE ABS SPEAK PRETTY FAST TO RUSH YOU!! 0/5
