Pretty sad that I stopped there on Friday Sept 2 looking for input on a exhaust problem I was asked if I could bring it by on Monday the 5th I did sure enough they were closed so did the know they were going to be closed I wouldn't trust them with their work if they don't even know what day their business is open

I had the guys at Jersey Car Care look at a used car that I recently purchased when I discovered the previous owner had done shoddy exhaust work, which left the exhaust hanging off the car with no hangers, and did a horrible job with a muffler delete, which left it looking disgusting. I contacted them for an appointment, showed up, and explained what my options were. I decided to basically have the exhaust system rebuilt. When the job was completed, the exhaust didn't look like someone's shop project gone wrong anymore and it also sounded much better than I expected. For anyone wanting repairs done and even custom work done, which is basically what I had done, I'd definitely go here.

We have been going to this shop for about a year. We have an older car which has needed a few repairs over the course of the year. I like going to this shop because the owner is very upfront about the charges and explains exactly what the procedure is in plain English. He is careful to make sure all repairs are approved and is very friendly/accommodating. The mechanics are also easy to talk to and explain the issues well when you have a question. Most of the time I just pop by the shop and they take the car and do the repairs the same day. Prices are reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend this shop for the level of customer care and the convenience/flexibility.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Everyone's very personable and professional. The owner Bilal is also very accommodating. I found this place through other reviews and I must say they deserve 5 stars.

Most dishonest shop I have ever dealt with! Wanted to charge me over $900 for brakes on my wife car when I was supplying the new pads and rotors. The same job was done at a shop a few miles down the road for under $200. When asked what their labor rate was, two different people told me two different price. The larger man who I assume is the owner or a manager was very unprofessional and talked to me with a mock accent the entire time he talked to me and spoke to me like I was a total imbecile! I was very much able to do the work myself but did not have the time with a new job in NYC and a new born child hence the reason I already had the parts and decided to go to a mechanic shop. He lied through his teeth about the time needed to complete the job and also told me I will need more parts to do the job. And then stated the $900+ quote is only if I pay him with cash, if using a card i should expect to pay over $1000!!!!! I was unaware this practice was even legal. I will be sure everyone I know avoids this scam shop at all costs! I have contacted the BBB and lodged a complaint against this business and have also contacted the IRS to question the legality of only collecting tax on credit card payments and have also filed a formal complaint there and I have also filed a discrimination complaint with the Office for Civil Rights. This shop keep requesting my review be flagged and removed however I have written nothing but 100% truth and I will let the public know about this business at no cost!

I am local to Woodbridge and stopped here a few times for small repairs/maintenance. Each time the staff was very helpful, professional, and fair in regards to price. The owner takes pride in his business and strives to keep a great reputation. I plan to use them in the future as well as recommend them to others!

Great work & awesome rates! Been here a few times and have been pleased every time. Definitely not a high end looking repair shop and as long as you can look past that you will not be disappointed.
