came in here, and unsurprisingly, no one was in here. a group of girls were with us and quickly left as well. a dress that was black and cheaply made, with jewels literally peeling off, cost 120. i asked to try on another small black dress, and immediately the asian lady—who had been stalking us from the beginning and who i presumed was a shopper—ran to me, snatching it from me with the worst attitude ever before i even asked to try it on. she refused to let me in over deodorant—weird policy, but okay. the problem was the way she snatched it out of my mother’s hands, literally fighting her for it, then getting annoyed that people were shopping where she happened to work before grabbing her phone to continue watch her shows.

My experience today was absolutely horrible. The owner and the staff was not friendly at all especially the owner she was so disrespectful the entire time we were there. I came in with my sister to find a dress and I felt uncomfortable the entire time being there. We found dresses to try on and asked for the fitting room and were asked did we have deodorant on and she literally kept asking and said she did not want to let us the dressing room . If that’s the case why even have a dressing room. The lady literally stood by the dressing room door talking to us extremely rude. I also do not recommend supporting this store at all. Terrible customer service!

I felt like I was racially profiled, she gave me the up and down and snatched the dress out of my hand before I can get two words out.
Being someone from the asian countries as per I am as well, it’s crazy to see people not supporting each other. And lady your a girl too, women should supporting women.
Be polite or lose your business. I think you should someone and just simply not be there, or train your employees and yourself to be less disrespectful.

The owner was very rude and unwelcoming, she doesn’t try to help the people looking to buy a dress from her and just gives people nasty looks when coming into her store. I would never come here again it was such a horrible experience.

the lady who runs the store was very rude and unprofessional, she came up to me and my cousin aggressively saying she couldn't try on the dress because she was wearing deodorant, she snatched the dress out of my hands and walked away. worst experience ever!!

The staff there was incredibly rude to me and my daughter. She wanted to try on dresses but the man blocking off the dressing rooms asked her if she put on deodorant that morning. She said yes and was refused admittance into the dressing room. I asked if we could just go wipe down and return and he said no, you will ruin my dresses. Last time I ever walk into that store.

I wish I could give a negative rating. The staff and the owner were extremely rude. Despite the store being empty with no other customers, they kept rushing us to look at the dresses quickly. We were there to shop and take our time, not to grab groceries in a hurry. To make things worse, the owner even asked us to leave the store. This was by far one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I had a very similar terrible experience at this store. The staff, especially the owner, are extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming, they act annoyed that customers even dare to shop there.
When We simply wanted to try on dresses,we were rushed and spoken to disrespectfully — exactly like other reviewers have said. Instead of offering help, the owner made rude comments and clearly didn’t care whether we stayed or not.Save yourself the disappointment — I absolutely do not recommend supporting this business! Very very very very rude owner

Worst shopping experience Ever!! Took my twin daughter’s here to shop for eighth grade dance options. First problem was as soon as my daughter came out of the fitting room we were standing discussing the dress. The owner came over and rudely told my daughter to put the dress on the put away rack I then explained to her that we weren’t decided , And I told her we love the dress, but glitter falls off. She then proceeded to say “so what don’t complain if you don’t like it, don’t buy it. !!”! I was in shock she would talk to a customer that way !! I told my girls we Will Not Ever support this place!We were able to find better quality dresses for less money at another store , I would not recommend anyone supporting this business rude rude, rude. I’d give a zero star if I could

I saw a dress in the window and wanted to try it on but I wish I had read the reviews first. I never thought I'd have an issue at a clothing store. Be warned: they block off their fitting rooms so you can't try anything on, and they only accept exchanges/store credit within 14 days. Also, the clothing seems to be cheaply made yet they are charging premium prices. Idk how they stay in business. I paid $50 for a dress I thought would cost $35 tops and now I can't return it ?? never shopping here again

high prices for cheap material- fast fashion (in the $50’s [but with 10% off! LOL]), no dressing rooms, only one person on staff in the whole store who, went straight to where i put things back after myself putting them away to immediately confirm they were organized by size. hmmmmm its almost as if this store has no interest on selling….huh..

No fitting rooms available and no refunds at all? Only exchanges or store credit good for 14 days.Nice looking dresses but cheap quality , doesn’t worth taking the risk of try buying it.

Worst place!! The customer service is horrible, the manager does not accept to change your clothes, they treat you badly, and they sell clothes in poor condition

The staff were so helpful. I had a chance to try on as many dresses and pants as I could until I got the right outfit for my birthday dinner. Definitely going back to this store whenever I come to New Jersey.
