The Hyundai dealership manager Eric refused to match a lease deal from another Hyundai dealership just because it was outside the state. He said he didn't know what they did in that state and couldn't match it because it wasn't local. The truth was the deal was too good for them to match and he knew it.So I asked him to match only the numbers of the deal: same MSRP, same lease price per month, same down-payment. Again, he knew it was a good deal so instead of matching it he kept sticking with the line "I don't know what they do in that state, I only match local deals".I said ok, I had an official paper offer for my car that I wanted to trade in from a LOCAL New Jersey dealership. When he saw the offer he also REFUSED to match the offer for my trade-in because the offer was "too good."So to sum up my experience, when you ask them to match a good competitive deal they tell you it has to be local. And when you have a local offer on your trade in, if it doesn't work for them, they don't accept that neither.This dealership is not a dealership it's a scam. They only want numbers that work for them and only them. Please AVOID this stealership at ALL costs!

I visited Sansone Hyundai with my wife yesterday. We met with Dan, the sales rep. We located and identified a Hyundai Tuscon trim that we wanted to test drive and purchase. The test drive was very smooth. There was a small issue with the safety control feature known as the highway assist feature when driving in the snowy roads and inclimate weather in the evening. Dan addressed the safety concern we had and showed us a video demo on how to properly activate the feature prior to driving in the highways. Dan was very diligent and focused in getting everything done in a timely manner. Me and wife felt very relaxed after finalizing the purchase. All the financing paperwork as well as the final walkthrough of all the features of the car was done by Dan. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and experience provided by Dan and the team.

If you're going to lease/purchase from Sansone Hyundai, ASK FOR FRANK. I had the honor of working with him in 2021 for my first Hyundai but it was my experience working with him three years later that really impressed me. Frank has integrity in his work ethic, which is RARE in the car sales industry. Theres a common understanding that women are taken advantage of at car dealerships but I didn't have that experience working with him 2x!

My Sales Person was very nice. I recieved a very fair price. Like any car dealership, there is back and forth on the price negotiations but overall very happy with the outcome.

Sansone Hyundai is an excellent dealership. Orville was our salesman and was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable and polite. There was no pressure and the dealership was flexible.This review reflects my experience with the sales department as I have not serviced my vehicle here yet.I would not hesitate to recommend Sansone if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We worked with Darnesha Moore, who made us feel welcome, showed us multiple cars, and worked diligently to match us with a price point that worked for our family. Overall experience was professional, transparent, and kind. Highly recommend!

We visited Sansone Hyundai to look at a gently used Hyundai Tuscon. I called ahead and asked if the vehicle was available and told them we'd be stopping by in a few hours.When we arrived, we were greeted by a sales guy in the parking lot that seemed unsure of whether or not he should help us? The interaction was very awkward. Regardless, he brought the car around for us to test drive. Upon entering the car, we realized it was filthy. Crumbs and dog hair everywhere, a used fake eyelash stuck to the center console, an unused maxi pad on the floor of the passenger seat. It took everything in me to not get up and walk away right there, but my husband and I were very interested in the vehicle so we pushed forward to the test drive.After the test drive, we went back to the office to talk numbers. I asked for a water and the sales rep said I could go to the vending machine but then offered me a water from his personal stash which I was grateful for since i'm currently pregnant. They ran the numbers and added on two ridiculous fees (VIN etching fee and Bluelink package that were already part of the used vechicle) totaling almost $2K on top of the tax. While they ended up removing those fees in the negotiation. We ultimately walked away and purchased the same vehicle from another dealership.While we understand we were looking at a used vehicle we just felt the level of service was not up to par for a purchase of that magnitude.

Orville Dunn was wonderful, hard working, and diligent. Loved him.Lovely person.BUT THE managers were fraudulent and dishonest game show hosts. They jerked me on my KBB trade in amount, then changed the amount of the cars price and then showed me a fake CARFAX report on my car that I was trading in. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE A HYUNDAI, NEITHER WILL ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY!

Highly disappointed wanted to buy a car but dealer wouldn't honor advertised incentives. Was told it is optional and upto them which incentives they would honor. Sales person was very nice and professional throughout our interaction. Eric not so much

I have now leased two vehicles from Sansone Hyundai, and worked with Trisha both times. I purposefully came back to her when my lease expired because I appreciate her knowledge, expertise, and authenticity. She never makes me feel like I'm being pressured to upgrade on a trim, or pay more than I can afford. She works hard to find the best fit for my budget, and is great at detailing all of my options.Mike the finance guy explained everything and answered all our questions in language we could understand, and made a notoriously arduous process as easy as possible.I've been to plenty of other dealerships where the sales people are too aggressive, which makes me very uncomfortable. I trust Trisha and will continue to lease/buy cars from her in the future.

Went in for an oil change, they were short staffed but they didn’t let that affect the service quality. They were extremely fast and was very transparent about my car and the expected wait times. I did expect to wait longer but I was out pretty quick. The staff was also really friendly and prepared to help me with any concerns.
