DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE or kia overall unless you want to get attorneys involved. Fought this every day for over 6 months.Spencer Rampersad, the Director of Sansone Kia's Service Center, is condescending, a huge liar, and a crook. Can't use more appropriate language without getting flagged. He will do everything in his power to blame the customer even when the evidence is stacked against him and pretends to know nothing about Kia's Basic Warranty. Kia Consumer Affairs (corporate) is impossible to work with as well, but everyone listens the second you get the BBB Auto Line involved.Sales agent Chrissell Bueno has nothing to do with you after the sale, so don't even bother. She will not answer her phone.Save yourself time, money, and a headache. Don't purchase from here.If you do, record every conversation you've ever had with them as this will be fool proof evidence later (I did).More details, audio, and video coming soon...

28,000 miles and the paint is peeling off the mirrors. The worker at Sansone in Woodbridge said, they’ll reach out to the manufacturer and see if they will fix it. It’s the little things that makes me upset and a 2018 Kia Sportage with 28,000 miles shouldn’t have any paint peeling off and the feeling in my gut tells me that they won’t do anything about it.

i went in for an oil change and for a repair on the sliding door that had issues and was told the door motor had to be changed, which I was fine with, because the door was under warranty. They told me that the part had to be ordered. Which took a while to get, but since i had a business trip, i left my car for 5 days and i kept calling until they said it was done, however, they had broken a panel taking off the door. So they ordered and that took a while with no follow up.So this job took close to a month. I will not go back to them, because customer service is lacking.

Sansone KIA is really not a great place to buy or service a car. We bought a new vehicle last year and during the sales process we were told we had to add a bunch of extra stuff such as anti-theft, Kia Gold Service extension, Platinum Tire and Wheel Protection and so on. The sales people gave us the impression that all these things were mandatory and we could not opt out!So we made use of the Platinum wheel protection plan and brought the car back twice to get dents on the wheels fixed. While the first time was going OK, the second time smaller dents were not fixed. What bothers us is that this place is reluctant to fix wheels even though we bought the Platinum Wheel and Tire Protection Plan and on top of that we always have to drop off the car for several days for service.Now the car has a flat tire (probably due to pot hole or a nail) and we got told again to drop the car off with them for several days to get this fixed and the next available appointment is 2-3 weeks away.They also don't offer any courtesy vehicles so not only would we have to drive with the spare until the date of the next available appointment but also we won't have a vehicle again for several days when we drop it off.From experience with other service centers/dealerships we were used to much better overall service (especially within the first couple of years of ownership of a brand new vehicle).In hindsight we also feel a bit scammed during the sale of the car when we were told certain extra protections were mandatory.

At Sansone Kia, I was helped by Bri. She was and is truly amazing. I expressed to her what kind of vehicle I wanted and she was so informative with details of vehicles that might spark my interest. She showed me the K5 GT Line and I instantly fell in love. Definitely would recommend you sitting with her for a very easy process!

June 19th is when they received my car it is now September 26 and I still don’t have my car. For me to get any real answers or an empathetic ear I had to go to KIA corporate. Sansone employees don’t give a damn they clock out and go home. You ask them to keep you informed they do not. Leave messages no one responds. Communication with in the company is deplorable. I can go on and on. I’m writing this because this is a warning to anyone who is looking to get their vehicle serviced by them you’re better off going anywhere else. A guy off the street that would do it for a six pack of beer and couple of bucks is way more reliable than Sansone service staff.

Had an interesting experience at this dealer. It was a very far drive, but everyone was extremely friendly. When it came to buying my car, some parts of it were frustrating and rushed due to personal matters on behalf of the sales representative who sold me the car. However, upon pickup, Bri helped me tremendously. I had been passed between associates and had issues with the finishing touches and down payment, but she took the time to help me get everything sorted even though it wasn't her sale. My car is now home, and she's very pretty. If you come to this dealer, please ask for Bri. I wish she had sold me the car so she could get credit for all the help she gave me! I could go into details about the various issues I experienced at this dealership, but out of respect for Bri and her awesome service, I will not. Rating 4 stars only because of Bri. Thanks Bri!

My spouse and I had an outstanding experience at this dealership. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Brinia and she immediately offered to assist. Most of the time, the car buying experience can be tedious and overwhelming, but I must say that it was extremely smooth and seamless at Kia Sansone.Not only did Brinia have an amazing attitude and willingness to help, but she truly went above and beyond to help us out. Once we went in to sign our paperwork, we were assisted by Rashad, who was the absolute best! He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you again to you both! We love the car and will be back soon!

It takes a lot for me to want to go out my way and leave any sort of review or comment. I brought my kia in to have my rims fixed through my warranty i added onto my contract. I Set up an appointment and came to the shop just to have two of their representatives try and tell me they don't fix minor issues as such. After I went back and forth explaining this isn't my first time getting the same work done from the same location one of the associates went and spoke to a manager came back to me and than proceeded to try and charge me over $300 For something I am completely covered for ! I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service. Not to mention when I went there earlier this month for the recommended 15k service. They held my car for over a week with no updates. They did not inform me when my vehicle would be ready or anything. I had to call for myself just for them to say "oh yes, its ready" ?I'm a very understanding and easy going person so I stand on what I say when I say the professionalism lacks after they've made their sale period. I advice eveyone to pay attention to your contract because these people will try and make you spend unnecessary money when your already covered through warranty makes me sick !

Writing on behalf of my sister. Her Soul died and was towed here. Quoted her $10,000 for a new engine. Car was damaged while in their care and they blamed her. Had it towed to another dealer and it was fixed for $600. Avoid this place at all costs and take the drive to the Kia dealer in Manahawkin.

My time with Sansone Kia had its ups and downs. When I got my 2022 K5 car, January 2022 things were pretty good, but the service part was a different story.About a year after getting my car, the air conditioning suddenly stopped working. I took my car to Sansone Kia hoping they could help, but they said the AC problem wasn't covered by the warranty. I was confused and frustrated because my car was still pretty new.When I got my car back after they tried to fix it, I found some parts in the back seat. It was weird and kind of annoying that they didn't put everything back together properly.I talked to my family and they suggested getting a second opinion from another Kia place. I went to Jersey City Kia, and they told me that the AC problem should have been covered by the warranty. It was confusing because the two places had such different answers. Jersey City ended up being able to fix it and process it through the cars warranty.Also, they promised me free oil changes with my car lease, but getting appointments for those was really tough. The people I talked to, Jaime and Spencer, were always busy, and it was hard to set up a time for the oil changes.Spencer didn't seem to want to talk to me about the problems I was having. It felt like he was avoiding my calls and complaints, which made me frustrated because I just wanted to understand why my new car was having so many issues.And then, there was a problem with my Apple CarPlay. It took three tries for them to finally fix it. It felt like they weren't really listening to what was wrong.In the end, my time with Sansone Kia had good and bad parts. Buying the car was easy, but dealing with the service department was tough. The difference in opinions between the two Kia places about the warranty was confusing, and getting appointments for oil changes was a hassle. It was also frustrating when they didn't seem to pay attention to my concerns. If you're thinking about going to Sansone Kia, just be ready for some possible problems with their service.

I leased a vehicle back in September. I couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. It was a quick& smooth transaction and Brie was the best. She was so attentive, and truly cared. A year later ( almost) we still keep in touch.

Horrible dealership. They sold us a KIA SEOUL 2023, and it came with a water leakage problem in the passenger site. They told us the car had guarantee and they can solve issues within the one year guarantee. After having the same issue consecutively they have gave us horrible customer service. The Sales Manager told us that it wasn’t his problem anymore and that we had to deal with service. In service they gave us several appointments for the weekend but we can’t have the car during the week and we need the car because my father needs the car for his job. So don’t buy a car here, because if it breaks they are going to treat you like you are begging for money and they are not going to solve it. Horrible service!!

Very disturbed experience.I had a new credit and was ready to put more down but they were not ready to run the credit and wanted me to come the next day because we started around 6 in the evening and they close around 7.Next day I went around 6 again they did run my credit and still didn’t get an approval as I was negotiating for the unnecessary market adjustment they had applied which has no explanation.Next day I went and saw the sales agent named TAPIA JACOB, to which I asked how is he feeling and he sarcastically replied no negotiation today. This has been the most disgusting experience I had looking for the cars.And finally I got my car Kia carnival today with the same new credit.They just don’t want to work.They want your business if you have an old good credit where they don’t have to fight at all.Very bad customer service and very bad selling.Not recommended if you are a first time buyer.
