Beware if paying with cash. Just go elsewhere.
We've never had an issue with this location and the regular attendant(s) until today. My partner asked for $20 Regular in cash, saying "20 regular cash, two, zero". It's an old habit learned to avoid any misunderstanding.
Instead, the pump attendant ran the pump past $20 until the tank was topped (~$30). He then demanded the money (she only had a twenty dollar bill) and her license suspecting that she would leave without paying due to his error (which he refused to accept and instead continued to blame her, insisting that she said to fill the tank up).
A shady, shady practice that seems purposeful and has ensured we won't be coming back. This was our regular spot until today. Plenty of other options. Go elsewhere. Not worth the hold up or hassle... we're all just trying to go on our way.

I agree with the attendant being rude. I’ve been going to this gas station for a while now and only come here when I leave work and need gas asap because it’s only a 2 min drive. This guy clearly has no respect for customers who are female.

I asked for 20 cash, gave him the cash beforehand idk why, but i did. When my gas finished pumping, he took the pump out and walked away, didn't say anything. He just left. I had to hope I wasn't committing a crime by just leaving. Always, always extremely rude. I remember why I stopped coming here years ago. Go to any other station on these corners, or you'll figure out why they're always empty.

Previous reviews are correct. The gas attendant is extremely rude. I asked for $35 worth of gas and he only pumped $30. When I advised him that I wanted $35 he stated “you got 10 gallons that’s enough”. Appears to have an issue with women or Black people or Black women. Stay away from this station!

I was supposed to get a 10 cent per gallon discount but he only gave me 3 cents off per gallon. Won't be going back there again

The gas attendant who works late afternoons/evenings and claims to be the “owner†is EXTREMELY rude. He refused to pump my gas for some reason and if and when he pumps others, he moves so extremely slow that people just get out to pump their own gas. When I asked him why he never pumps my gas, he ignored me and went on his phone. I put a complaint into Shell Headquarters I'm THAT mad.

I had a bad experience here back when I was in high school being harassed by one of the employees then being refused gas. Never returned since and never will. I don't care if they improved service since then, I have never used a shell gas station since 2009
