Its sad that Zero stars ins't an option. What an unprofessional, childish group of people. If a customer gets upset because you have screwed up their loans over and over again without doing anything to resolve the issues, maybe you should listen and help them instead of hanging up the phone. If someone raising the volume of their voice is offensive, maybe customer service isnt for you. If it doesn't snow this winter just go visit the office, theres plenty of snowflakes over there

Absolute nightmare. I had my original loan taken over by CJFCU and it has been nothing but headaches ever since. They have screwed so much stuff up and I probably will end up with a missed car payment on my credit because they cant ever get anything right. What a mess and the people I have had reach out to me, specifically a guy named Mario, where so unprofessional it is unbelievable. So much for my good credit I guess because processing a simple payment is apparently so difficult. I have had to set up what should have been a one time fix multiples times over. Its sad you would get stuck doing business with someone like this that you never agreed to work with in the first place and then have it negatively affect things you worked on for years. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THEM!!!! RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!!

I've also been a member for well over 15 years. With numerous loans which I've paid off in Full. However, after being handed another " Debt Protection policy" by CJFCU, at the signing of my last loan. For well over 3 years now, this Contract has not been honored. Even after speaking with CJFCU CEO and VP of loans. After being a long time customer. Cjfcu recently closed all of my accounts, and charged off this loan. My problems with this issue continues to this day... My final opinion and suggestions would be " Please do your homework before"

I have been a member since the age of 17 when the other office was located in South Plainfield. The staff as always been professional and I have never had a negative experience. I have benefited and conducted all kind of services offered at CJFCU.

I have been a member for 20 years and have always had excellent service, this has included mortgage, car, student and personal loans as needed. along with Checking, Savings and childrens accounts.

I am very upset I have fraudulent activity on my card and now my card is suspended and no one is answering the phone at the the office to explain what is going on. I definitely need to find another financial institution. My concerns aren't being met and I don't have access account and my debit card is suspended ugh!!!
