This Subway restaurant is a true gem. The ambiance is clean and inviting, setting the perfect stage for their exceptional food. The sandwiches are a burst of flavor, and the staff's friendliness and attention to detail make every visit a pleasure. A top-notch experience all around!

I asked for extra cheese on a pizza but just a little bit and instead got a really nasty attitude by a tall employee guy. Told him to take a lot more cheese out because this guy seriously put a whole fist on cheese on the pizza when I told him I only wanted a little, and had the audacity to say “I’m still charging you for the cheese” as if I didn’t already know that. Would give this place 0 stars if I could, very childish immature employees. What was the point for the attitude for only ordering a bit of extra cheese, it wasn’t that hard.

never coming to this subway again!!!! Today i saw there are dead flys in there cookie trey. i asked for 1/2 a turkey and swiss . he sais oh the number watever ? i said no just a turkey n swiss. i go to cash out and he charges me $10 when its $7 plus tax. he said that i said yes to number whatever wich included double meat. first of all i do not like double meat and i had to pick off 1/2 when i got home. he argued with me that i said yes to extra meat when i clearly did not and that he already made it. granted its only a few more dollars, obviously they want to TRICK there customers into ordering more expensive so they can upsell even if the customer does not want it.they still charged me btw. horrible service! and just to add the bread was stale after i picked off 1/2 the meat i didnt want. dont go here! Terrible customer service there. Especially the women that could not understand English. If you work with customers, you should be able to speak English so she can help your experience to be pleasant.

I keep seeing it on commercial so decided to get a half sub and chips a veggie pattie was delicious staff are great two guys normaly and now a guy and a girl very nice clean and was 10 dollars only definitely worth it there is seating but took to go

Revised:I'm bumping up my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I was originally very harsh on this particular subway location for not accepting any coupons. I've discovered that almost all of the subway locations near my area do not accept coupons, so why penalize this 1 location. At least the food was good!

Place is trash; went there last week and they didn't accept a coupon. Spent $11 on a cold, cardboard tasting sub. Better to go to Tastee's or Quickcheck for that price.

Ive been coming to this subway for years, always had good service and food until recently. I was able to use a coupon one visit but my next visit i was unable to. Also the advertising isn't the same at this location, I'm just confused.

I will never patronize a subway store again!! I was given a gift card for my 15th year anniversary. My partner and I met there again after 20 years. She gave me a $25 gift certificate. I decided to download the Subway App and loaded my gift card info on the App, so that I could use my phone when I got to the store and not carry my gift card. A few days later, I got an email that said thank you for your purchase at our Memphis, TN store. WHAT!! I live in NJ and have NEVER been to TN! Apparently, someone hacked my Subway App account. I tried unsuccessfully to call the company, however, they are now completely online. Which means you don't get to talk to a live person. I sent emails and messages on FB and Social Media. I FINALLY received an email back from Subway about the incident and I was told to contact my financial institution. Say what?? Why? My card was not linked to my bank! I kept getting the runaround and no refund for my $25. According to Subway their App was not hacked! But, According to Memphis PD they have had an uprise in Subway App theft complaints. It is really disheartening that Subway promotes their App and when you do and it gets hacked, they don't step up and do the right thing!! I could prove that I was in NJ and I had the address of the person that used my card via GrubHub. The police is now investigating.
