Customer Service is horrible here worker Accuse me of being racist. I didn't say one word to her in the way she talks to me. It was horrible cursing at me in front of my daughter that is a told , also saying to do you have a problem with her ringing me but just because I had children cash to use I will never shop here again

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS WAITING BEHIND A LADY TRYING TO MAKE A RETURN FOR OVER 10 minutes! Asked for someone else to help me and she looked at me and didn’t even answer. Waited for the other girl that was unpacking boxes to help but she just laughed. This is why in store shopping is becoming a thing of the past. No one cares. No one wants to work. So damn sad.

Don’t work a Childrens place It the worst place I ever worked at the people there don’t care about you at all the general manger does is push us to get credit she doesn’t care about anything else she also weird if you work there you can’t bring up to her anything that people are doing wrong cause she will tell them that you said like honey it’s call work confidentially Don’t work there anywhere but Woodbridge Childrens place

Bought 2 leggings online and they didnt fit my daughter. They never came with a wrapper and children place woodbine mall location wouldn't take them back. It came 2 days ago and I got my online receipt. The women's name was Carol and she is very rude. I think she just wanted to be important which is pathetic really. Will follow up with their head office on Monday.

Terrible customer service at this store. I felt more like a nuisance than a full-price paying customer. If my daughter didn't love the items we got I would have left them there. No customer appreciation, coworkers gossiping loudly and the cashier was leaning on the counter using in her phone while ringing me up. Poor attitudes here and I get... good employees are hard to find these days. But to pay higher prices for the same quality product and worse service indicates a problem.

This review is specifically for the Woodbridge Center Mall Store in Woodbridge, NJ. Worst customer service ever. I’m an online shopper and in one occasion I decide to exchange the size of a short pana I got for my son, after the long line the cashier told me that she can do it since it looks like wore. They didn’t exchange it and she was very rude. The second time was on 02/11/20 I went to the store to exchange a jeans I got for my friend son in December she just gave it to me a day before and I didn’t realice that the tag was removed and only has the tag holder when I went to the store. I didn’t have the receipt and I kindly as one of the co-workers to get me the next size and he got a similar one since he said that the style sold out. I went to the cashier and she said that they can’t look for items in my reward that I have to get the receipt. I had set that the print receipt has to send by email and with all the email I get I look for it and I find it, just to no exchange because according to the manager it wasn’t the sane item. Of course it wasn’t, the other employee advice me at the entrance. They made me loose my time and kept the pant friend son’s can use. In the two occasions I explained that I didn’t have time to loose and going there for something simple and she could she my reward history to know the type of customer I am. I’m a mother of three boys 11, 7 and 2 years old and I spent every season over $200 in clothes. TCP has great fabric quality, nice selections and affordable prices but I have the choice to shop in another kids store. They need to remember that online shopper are their nightmare since they don’t go to the store force the company to get less employees and reduce salaries or hours. Worst customer service ever, they need to trained manager and employees to do better efforts, listening to customer and their concerns and stop the racial profiling they do we customers when they need to exchange or return something.

Don't waste your time. They only have one fitting room and it's "out of order" so you can't try anything on. Pass.

Bad bad customer service... And I called customer service 4 times in one day. Not only they hung up on me. They connected me to an automatic system that told me they was a high volume of calls to call back later.. I'm highly upset. Going to pay off this card and close my account. No longer going to shop there!!!

Warning do not buy jeans for your children from this company! After 3 washes my children's jeans have hole along the belt line and the knees. These jeans are cheap but not durable what so ever. The same with the shirts and shorts. Every thing shrinks even washing in cold water and air drying things may seem more affordable but there is no quality what so ever. This store is over crowded as well and takes forever to check out. Employees also know where nothing is nor do they know prices or anything it's a joke I could tell a cashier something was 2 dollars and it was 20 and they will give it to me for 2. Pretty much Walmart but just for children's clothing....
