So there I was, a modern damsel in distress — stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire, 2% battery life, and enough panic in my system to power a small city. Cue the dramatic music and the slow descent into chaos.

I called the shop with the urgency of someone who had just seen a raccoon steal her last slice of pizza. I was flustered, borderline incoherent, and fully prepared to cry (not for sympathy, but for lack of better coping skills).

To their eternal credit, the staff answered the phone like they were expecting my meltdown. Calm. Cool. Professional. I could almost hear them mentally patting me on the back like, “You’re doing great, sweetie.”

They came to me. Let me repeat that: They. Came. To. Me. Like roadside angels with a torque wrench. Within minutes, a technician pulled up who looked like he had fixed a thousand flats and calmed a thousand chaotic souls like mine. He didn’t flinch at my wild gesturing or my half-yelled explanations that may or may not have included the phrase “I’m basically on the Oregon Trail and I’ve lost the oxen.”

Not only did he fix the tire quickly and efficiently, he checked the others “just to be safe” and somehow managed to make me laugh while doing it. A true magician.

The entire experience went from “I might die here” to “Wow, I should send these people a fruit basket.” Their professionalism, kindness, and humor were beyond anything I expected — and honestly, better than some therapy sessions I’ve paid for.

If you're looking for a tire shop that knows their stuff and knows how to deal with frantic humans in distress with grace and good humor — look no further. These folks are the real deal.

P.S. My phone died immediately after the service. Coincidence? Or did they have a sixth sense that I needed saving in more ways than one?
