  Well, took a UPS package here and it never got to UPS. UPS has no idea where it is. I’m going through a painful claims process. Avoid this place.

  It’s ridiculous that UPS has a partnership with this place . They are completely clueless and extremely unhelpful . Something as a simple question, they didn’t even want to be bothered. Don’t come here. It’s just a waste of time, money and gas.
