I arrived for my USPS passport appointment on time but realized I had forgotten one document. I quickly went home, grabbed it, and came back just 5 minutes later than my scheduled time. They refused to take me and told me to reschedule, without any understanding or flexibility. Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude staff — zero sense of customer service

The worst post office ever. I have lived in Woodbridge now for 3 years and my first time in this post office was 2 weeks ago. The experience I had as a resident in this town with the mail and delivery stopped me from going into this office. They have missed delivered my mail and packages in the past. I went into the office 2 weeks ago poor customer service I walked in and spoke to the lady clerk standing in the hall fixing packing boxes she looked at me and said nothing back. Walked past her and there sat a male clerk behind the desk I said hello he spoke back and helped me further. This is the only reason this office gets 2 stars because the male clerk helped me and told me to book my passport appointments online. So I did the only appointment they had available soon was for Woodbridge August 1st so I booked the appointment. Why this morning August 1st 2 hours before my scheduled appointment I received a call they cancelled my appointment. This is truly a inconvenience and the worst post office I have ever dealt with

The point of going to this passport location is to get the forms no for the worker to tell me to print them when the Country charges for the passport with the forms include it that means they calculate the expense of the Place providing the FORMS !

The lady at the front desk (clerk 17) was extremely helpful and nice. She helped me to fill out the passport forms, the money order and the envelope. She went above and beyond

The man at front desk seems kindly and polite with his approach! I think they are the only USPS location that closes very late in the area. Please, let us be patient with them. Thank you! God bless 🙏

Online it says they take walk in for passport appointment between 11-12:00 pm when I went there worst attitude from the lady name crystal & she said I will not take the application because I am busy & I was the only one in the post office.

Incredibly kind and friendly staff. I went around 12 on a Friday and was in and out in less than 5 minutes to send a package.

This one older Indian or Pakistani man is so nasty and rude with most of his customers He should not be allowed to work at the front desk helping customers. He should be in the back processing the mail or on the street delivering mail. Nasty attitude, he won’t last long with the trump cuts real soon

After a long day of work, I was just trying to drop off a package. The darkskin lady at the front with the accent had an attitude with every single person is front of me. She's chewing her gum very loudly with an attitude. She's not even explaining what needs to be done properly. While the other clerk (a male) was very helpful and patient. If she does not like her job, she needs to simply quit. No reason to take her attitude out on others just because she hates her job. The manager was also no help either, basically taking her side and listening to the worker, instead of me trying to explain what the issue was. Save yourself the trouble and drive 10 minutes to Iselin, where the customer service is actually good. This location needs to hire better people.

Worst customer service in town and phone service. I normally never have hostile phone experiences but this was one of the worst.
I called to get more information regarding a postal service and the representative/operator of this location was incredibly rude and entitled. She wouldn’t let me speak or explain the reason for my call. Either she hates her job or working with people but please USPS do better at hiring your customer service staff. Because there is no excuse for a representative to raise her voice on a call when a customer is asking for help and more information in civilized way.

Spent $32.00 on 12/22/2024 to overnight a letter the person received the letter on 01/02/2025. Save your money never overnight a letter with the Post Office they receive it 11 days later.
