Why is there only one person at the counter during busy time in middle of day? Why when the line is out the door does no one else come out to help?Waited an hour to mail a letter. Passports were being done that held up line.

It is negative-5 star. Worst service and horrible wait time. We had appointment for a new born(3 days old) and they made us wait for 45min after having an appointment. very lazy staff.

I went today for the first time to this post office and the man that took care of me was So nice. He was very friendly and respectful with all the customers. If I’m not mistaken he’s indian. Tall man with a very good attitude not like the regular usps employee working behind the counter. I forgot to take his name.

TERRIBLE. Only 1 person working every time even if the line is long. Passport appointment start at 1:15, but the only person that works with them is not here until 1:30. The excuse is the holiday, but every single time is the same. They need to do something!

They always close the doors 10 minutes beforehand! There was 4 customers waiting outside and we all had the same complaint! It’s understandable to close right on time that far ahead is unprofessional. Customers drive there and are met with rude unprofessional staff.

Awful customer service. I've mailed 2 envelopes on separate days with a tracking number to pay cobra insurance and both envelopes are lost in space and the tracking number says the pkg was never picked up. I called Woodbridge PO and the woman was just rude and told me they don't scan the tracking number. Then why do I have one?? The payment was lost and my insurance was canceled bc of it... she wanted no part of helping me

1. Always just one employee working no matter how long the lines are and they are slow as you know what!!2. I have never been charged for a box with a prepaid label, but this post office right here ALWAYS charging additional for prepaid labels.
