Jay was the best Verizon representative I've ever dealt with. He was pleasant easy to talk to extremely thorough and helpful above and beyond what was necessary. I never do these surveys but for the way I was treated and extent of help he provided was above and beyond what I can express in this survey. I give him 10 gold stars!

Everything was just about 100% . Just had one minor glitch with my new phone , but the sale rep fixed it with no problem once he noticed what the issue was with the phone.

Rob was very knowledgeable, very detailed and offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. We had our previous cell phone carrier over 22 years, we walked out Verizon customers and 3 new Samsung s23 and 2 Samsung 23 ultra. Best day ever!

Would give zero stars if the system allows.Khaled is very rude, and I saw 2 earlier customers walk out very upset in front of me.Would not honor a Verizon order placed. The same day, and canceled the order himself without notifying anyone to sell it to someone else. Verizon rep was very disturbed hearing this.It's a disgrace to the Verizon brand name.

Khaled gave me the best customer service after the corporate store disrespected me and refused to help me. He got me in new phone with the best deal and helped to move everything to our new phone. Patiently explained everything to us and answered all our questions. This is my location now.

Horrible experience at this location. I was going to purchase a a screen protector and case and was informed there was a bundle to add a charger. Once I saw the price I decided I only wanted the phone and was told I had to purchase the bundle and couldn’t get the phone. I decided not to complete my order and was informed by the associate that it was cancelled, but it was not and I then had to spend more than an hour speaking with customer service online and on the phone to remedy the situation (which is now pending because the store (both the store line and the manager’s direct line didn’t answer when customer service called to try to discuss the issue). I will not return to this location. Verizon customer service was very attentive and helpful in filing an investigation into my issue at the store. Customer service informed me that the manager/associate who “helped” me at the store provided me with incorrect information when he said that I was required to purchase a case, screen protector, and charger if I wanted to upgrade my phone.

Working with William at this Verizon location was a 10/10 experience. I had a less than satisfactory experience at another location a few minutes before making my way into the Verizon location where william was working and it was almost like night and day. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with William! Verizon made the right move with hiring him to represent the company at this location. Smooth process of upgrading my phone and was very knowledgeable about the product overall.

Just wanted to say what a wonderful job Mike M at the Verizon store inside the Woodbridge Mall did during my recent visit. My mother needed to replace her phone, but we couldn't access her account (due to a lost PIN and inoperable phone). Mike went out of his way to help us, from speaking with Verizon account services on our behalf, to personally calling me to let me know the account was unlocked and we could proceed with the replacement of the phone. Excellent customer service provided by Mike M; I would highly recommend him to help with any Verizon issues you might have.
