The pharmacy is horrible. I decided to get my covid and flu test done here being that it's closer to my job. I waited 30 minutes to even pay for my test and I had to actually go up to them a second time to ask when will I be helped. When I arrived no one was here, then after 30 minutes it's like 8 ppl behind me now all picking up prescriptions. Now, we finally do the covid test and I say hey can I have tissue for when your done cause the test always makes my nose itch. The lady says, sorry we don't have and tissues or paper towels. Unbelievable first time experience smh. Never visiting this unwelcoming Walgreens again.

My doctor sent in prescription for meds for seven days. Walgreens gave me enough for two days. When my doctor called they said it was enough and hung up on him.

Most incompetent pharmacy. Please go somewhere else. Three strikes they are no longer getting my business. First time my dr sent my rx to them with my contact info. I had a name change which did not match their record. Instead of calling me to sort it out...they cxld my rx...it was insulin. I called to status my fill. They had no order on file. Second time dr called in my rx to them go to pick up claims they did not get the order. I call my dr they have proof it was submitted resubmitted it again...call walgreens claim they still did not get it. Back and fourth with dr and walgreens several times with no help from walgreens. Finally get my rx. Today was the final straw. Ins denied claim so instead of calling me, they just cxl order. I get the override that is needed and a number for them to call if they have a problem with override. They refuse to call pharmacy help line with my insurance...so now I am out of my meds.

This is the worst walgreens in the world. The pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. They also DO NOT answer phones. I had a very serious issue with a script that needed to be taken that day and they didn’t have it in stock and when another Walgreens was trying to help to get the script transferred to another location - because they wouldn’t answer, I had to go there while I was on the phone with the other Walgreens to tell them to answer their phone! Lol. I still laugh at how ridiculous that is!!! THEN - they deleted my script by accident. It was a mess. And trust me - this was one of MANY problems I’ve had with these people. There are a few pharmacies around this place - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They almost always have what I need and fairly priced. The delivery and shipping service helps a bunch when I can't get to the store in person. 😉👍🛒🛍️💳💖

Went today around 5:25pm to their pharmacy. I just had a simple question regarding a medication for my son since he has a cold, the lady at the desk was on her computer and refused to answer my question. She stated she was too busy and didn’t even look up to see me. Her other coworker didn’t even offer assistance either. I am shocked by the kind of customer service they have at this pharmacy. Management needs to retrain their staff.

Just picked up my prescriptions through the drive-thru and as I was driving, I noticed that for one of them, the Freestyle Libre Sensors, I was charged $224.99. I am on insulin and have never paid for these. At the window, the person mentioned a copay and I said yes. One of my other prescriptions has always had a copay, so I was not concerned. After seeing the amount on my receipt, I immediately returned to the drive-thru and asked for my money back because I had not consented to this. I was told that they could not take it back because I had already left with it. All I did was go around the corner. The prescription was still in the stapled bag they give. I can understand taking it home and bringing it back on another day. I returned it within minutes and was told they cannot make an exception. I called my insurance and they were unaware of this nonsense policy. They suggested I write to the Walgreens Customer Service, request a refund, and let them know the outcome. I'm not doing that. This is not the first time I've had issues with this pharmacy, it's the last time.
Oh, and you have to give them at least 1 star in order to post.

So this is for the Labcorp in Walgreens. Why would you give misleading information on your website concerning appointments for flu vaccines? I made an appointment for my 3 kids for today 3rd of October at 5:30pm. Got there and the staff at the pharmacy looked at me like I was nuts because I said I have a flu shot appointment. They told me they close at 4:30pm and that they are not associated with Labcorp. Hmmm but they have an office in your store. Make it make sense. A lot of ppl need to learn how to take to customers 🤦♀️ update your time on your website, we are in 2024 for God’s sake!!!

I called Saturday asking if they offer the mmr and varicella vaccine the lady on the phone was super nice and helpful she was ready to tell me if my insurance covers but I was in a rush and said I would call back with the information. I called Monday the pharmacist Falguni P answered I asked if I can make an appointment for both shots and asked if they could tell me if my insurance covers it. She was super rude cut me off and said I have to make my appointment online and they couldn't tell me prices or anything about my insurance unless I come in. I made my appointment online for both shots when I came in Falguni P.
told me I can't get both shots I have to wait a month in between. I told her why didn't you tell me that on the phone when I first called asking all this. She then lied said I only asked about prices. I said they were super unorganized because the lady on Saturday tried to help me and tell me all the information with my insurance before coming in and said I can get both shots. Falguni P. then got super loud and nasty with me this women is super unprofessional and disrespectful and thinks she can be nasty with people like that. Falguni P if your reading this I just wanted to let you know I called 5 other Walgreens near Woodbridge that was able to tell me prices with my insurance if it was covered by insurance and that I am indeed able to get both vaccines I might just have fatigue but it was up to me. So if you are pure lazy and didn't want to do your job then say that because 5 other Walgreens easily helped me. And Falguni P.
just FYI I am in medical assistant school so I do know I can get both vaccines in one day thank you :)

The pharmacy dept has decided that all the workers have to have lunch together so they close between 1:30 till 2. This could not be more inconvenient. It’s obvious they have little regard for the public. Most people who work for the public do so in shifts. People need their medicine not just on Walgreens schedule.
