Walgreens is a one-stop shop for all your health and beauty needs. The pharmacy hours are convenient, with M-F 9am-1:30pm, 2pm-9pm, Sa 9am-1:30pm, 2pm-6pm, and Su 10am-1:30pm, 2pm-6pm. The employees at the pharmacy are always helpful, with a shout-out to Mariela for her patience and kindness. However, the drive-through experience can be frustrating, as it is not limited to drop-off and pick-up only. The Colonia Walgreens has had instances of unprofessional behavior, with employees engaging in personal conversations while customers wait to be served. On the positive side, the stores are generally clean and organized, and the staff is willing to assist customers with their needs. Customers have had a good overall experience and plan to return. The only consistent complaint is the long lines, and the issue of the Brinks truck blocking the handicapped parking spaces, which has been brought to the management's attention previously.
Customer service is trash …. I’m never coming here again!!! I normally do pick up cuz I like the neighborhood and it’s newer but today I’m over it !! I only switched my prescriptions here cuz CVS doesn’t accept my insurance anymore !!!! I am pissed off with this

Literally use any pharmacy but this one. They ALWAYS have random issues regarding prescriptions when there should not be issues. The lines are always extremely long and it seems no one knows what they’re doing.
