The Drive through sucks! If someone drop scrip off they shouldn't be able to sit on line and wait for it. Should be for drop off and pick up only.

Walked into the Colonia walgreens about 2:30 pm and there were two Spanish women laughing and talking to each other, one of them was on her cell phone complaining about not having internet and the other was plugging in her cell phone prior to telling me as I stood at the counter waiting to pay for my product that the computers were down. Very unprofessional and tacky. Have been in this store on other occasions and have received great service.

In my experience the minute I stepped in the stores it was very clean and organized and the staff were willing to help you out in anything you needed! I will definitely be back.

The cashiers there are the most rudestThey are very very nasty especially the one that works in the developing picture department I’m telling all family and friends to stay away from that Walgreens!!!!!!if I could give it a 0 I would!!!!!!Never mind the pharmacy the worst of the worst how do they stay in business!!!!!

One person working the pharmacy?!? ONE?! Doing both drive thru and inside counter! Not only a complete and utter disrespect for our time but how inhumane and such poor working conditions for these people. Do better Walgreens!!

Lines are always long and there was a Brinks truck blocking the handicapped parking spaces. I have brought this to management's attention previously. They allow anyone to park in handicap spots. It's terrible.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever! I called a couple of days before to have a medication refilled. Was told by the pharmacist that it be ready by Saturday, no problem. Waited and didn't hear anything. Called on Monday to have someone with an attitude say "they forgot to make a note to have it ready" Totally understand things happen but don't have to be so rude about. Literally nothing but problems with these people.

Do not use this place as your pharmacy. You will wait in line forever. You will be told many different excuses why your rx is not ready, like “it didn’t go through yet” (I found out exactly when my doctor sent it and it was the day before) or “your refill isn’t due for two weeks.” I asked them to double check, they said oopsie it will be ready in an hour. That’s after waiting in line 40 minutes. They don’t respect your time.

Totally agree with all the reviews .. this is absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy.. they ignore the drive through line.. how do I know ? Well I’ve been inside and while waiting I saw a poor old lady at the drive through window waiting for 10 mins and when she knocked on the window the person at the window made a snark comment. The system consistently goes “down” and they are always rotating staff.. do yourself a favor and go to CVS down the street.

They are horrible. The drive thru line is long been waiting for a covid test for an hr and they only tested 1 person. 4 cars have already left the line out of 6. The young lady is so rude. The line is long bc no one comes to the window not bc they are flooded and testing ppl....simply bc they walk by look at you and do not attend to you. I had to call 2 times and got thru to the pharmacist and he asked for someone to go to the window. I will not be going to this walgreens any more. I rather go to the next town over rahway.

First time coming for pharmacy and last. SLOW SLOW SLOW service. They need to take am efficiency training. How can a client be in line for 30 minutes with only 2 costumers in front? Unacceptable. I’m a very patient guy and it takes a lot to frustrate me. Don’t go there for meds.

This is my first review as I’m not one to give bad reviews. but I have to say, never, never never go to this Walgreens pharmacy. I got a message at 2:45 pm yesterday that my medication , that I absolutely need, was ready. I figured they’re open til 9 pm, I’ll go on the way to work. 3:30 pm I pull up to the drive thru window and they tell me they’re closed. I said “can I at least get my meds, they’re ready and I need them” the lady says no and the other Walgreens can fill my prescription. I said I’m on my way to work I will not be out in time to get to Rahway before they close. She says I’m sorry and hangs up the phone. Thank god my mom transferred them and was able to pick them up for me. But what if she couldn’t? These meds define how I will function, and it’s scary not to have them. You cannot do that to customers with no warning. I’ve had problems before with this location but I always gave them the benefit of the doubt. After this, I’m absolutely done with this location. Go to literally any other pharmacy available.

I've been going to this Walgreens since they opened. I don't know how anyone could give them more than one star. I waste so much time just trying to simply get my prescriptions filled and everyone at this pharmacy is completely incompetent. They made me call my dr. and insurance and waste countless hours telling me inaccurate information and that my drug is no longer covered which is completely untrue. I filled out the wagcares surveys for years and get nowhere. Its ashame that no one from corporate does anything about this place since there are hundreds of people experiencing the same poor quality of service.

Worst pharmacy service! I request my monthly Rx to be mailed, every month I have to make at least 3 phone calls before it's being done.First phone call you usually get :"Oh you did not request Rx to be mailed, did you go on our website?".Second call :"It looks like our system was down, we will try to mail it today".Third call (6 days from the first call) "When did you call? We did not see any record that you requested Rx to be mailed. Did you request that on the app?"I go through this every month, it's so aggravating! Calling the MD to switch pharmacy.Never send your regular meds here unless you're willing to stay in the drive through for at least 20 mins.
