Just visited again--November 2024--Davian saved me so much time and money; it is just such an uplifting experience to come here for phone help. Thank you again Josh for your smiles toooooo!!

Unfortunately, this company, Comcast, is one of the worst around. I contracted internet service for my business, and the contract stipulated a fixed price, which they never honored. Every month the payments increased, and they even charged me for the equipment. Now that I've canceled the internet service, they're telling me I have to return the equipment that I've been paying for for over two years. I do not recommend this internet company for businesses; they are only interested in making more and more money, which constitutes a breach of contract. I have all the paperwork and proof of their terrible treatment and broken promises. Be very careful.

Went into store to get help to reset my phone. Was told they couldn't help they dont do that,when I was told to go there for help by the technical support team .I think he was just lazy and didn't want to do his job.I left that store and went to the east Brunswick store were we were greeted by Sean he looked up my account and proceeded to help us not only did he reset my phone but he helped us with other things. Sean took his time out which was about 30 minutes or more. Now the Question is why did I have to go to 2 stores to get my phone fixed. If it wasn't for Sean I would be going back to a different carrier. The woodbridge store needs to train they employees in help their customers and manners. Would never go back to the woodbridge store.

Worst experience ever. I was asked to make an appointment first as the wait time was too long. I came back on time and then I still had to wait for an hour.

Useless store if you want to do/resolve anything related XFINITY. If you want to buy a phone or get modem sure go to the store. But this store doesn't process/resolves anything related to Xfinity. They should re-brand the store name and remove Xfinity from it.

The workers at the store are very very slow. They seem to meander around the floor joking instead of taking care of the customers I waited almost an hour to see one of the staff. This was after six people in front of me walked out because the wait was so long, these people need to be supervised better

Am been with Xfinity internet and Xfinity mobile since 2020. I usually try online customer service and i end up spending a lot of time and at times just live with the issues..
recently after futile online complaints visited this store and they were able to resolve the issue on the spot after fair discussion on available resolution options and also supported with all queries.
I want to Thank Josh and his manager who went above and beyond for their support. I strongly recommend visiting the store than dealing with online customer service.

I wish i can give a lower star. Customer service is horrendous. Waited over 2 hours on simply switching services to another house. Please avoid at all cost. Try Verizon or AT&T. I understand if there understaffed but let customers know that. October 4th even other customers were upset. Avoid avoid avoid
