Honestly I walked in to try my last shot to fix the mess that I had over the phone with the outsourced agents before cancelling any service that I had with xfinity … I was expecting more from xfinity but unfortunately I had the worst experience, the agents were telling lies over the phone just to make the sale and convince me to get the so called promotion which at the end turned to be legit scam. the assistant manager did an awesome job and made everything right that day(Dec 27) (don’t recall the name I guess was Jouan). Many thanks & I appreciate your assistance.

Just for the internet I pay 140$ this is crazy as soon as I finde a new internet I will cancel these services it’s like I pay half car payment I’m not happy about this service I’m done

Went to Xfinity store to get my new phone set up. Tyrese St. John took care of me. He was so helpful and nice! He made sure all my info and apps were transferred to my new phone. When I mentioned I needed to find a FedEx store to ship a package. He immediately checked and found one nearby for me. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

I came in to purchase an iPhone 15 but unfortunately due to the system and its restrictions I was not able to. I was helped by a man named Jeff who went above and beyond in order to help me.

I came to this location because I had an issue in the East Brunswick location. I was serviced fast even though there were a lot of people there. Juan and Ari helped me out with all the questions that I did have. I was able to switch over to Xfinity mobile. The manager even offered us bottles of water while we were waiting. And they were so nice that they stood until 630 even though the store was already closed.

Be Careful with the deals they are selling you. They sold me a free iphone SE device with 2 year contract to stay with xfinity. I started getting charges for same iphone on monthly bills. I will be reporting this to NJ Consumer affairs.

Overall great experience at this store. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I appreciated being greeted and offered a slot booking for a representative, even though I had to wait a few minutes before getting attention. The staff was friendly, and Juan, in particular, was very helpful.Juan took the time to explain all the details about the mobile connection deals and even helped me purchase my first iPhone there. I initially went in just to check out the deals, but thanks to the positive energy and assistance from Juan and the staff, I ended up making a decision and walking out a satisfied customer.

Have had nothing but great experiences at this location. The staff go above and beyond to fix any issues with your service. Can't say the same for the customer service over the phone or online for Xfinity.
