“Love the New Jersey girls side of the gym. Beautiful new equipment and is women only. Cellphone service isn’t great and you do have to use the cardio equipment in the main gym but the private section is well worth it.”

“The environment at Ripped is always welcoming and the instructors do a great job at offering amplifications/modifications to individualize the workout for different fitness levels. The workouts are challenging, the music is upbeat, and I leave feeling stronger every time!”

“This gym is amazing, the coaches, the atmosphere, the community. You truly feel like one big family. The classes are for all fitness levels, and it is 45 minutes of hard work but once you are finished you feel so accomplished. Lisa and her team continue to motivate others and help others to achieve their goals. I have tried other gyms in the past, none that I could really stick too. What keeps me coming back is the motivation, the coaches, classes, and family atmosphere. I would not want to be apart of any other gym, highly recommend!”

“I’m literally obsessed with this place. The coaches are the best in Philly — if not the world! They put a great amount of time and care in setting everyone up for success, and absolutely everyone is cheering you on. I’ve learned so much during my short time here already and look forward to every single time I enter the gym. It really is a special place that also spends a lot of time giving back to the Philly community.”

“Hands down the best gym in Philly. The equipment is great and the staff and culture is even better. Not many gyms out there that let you in 24/7 and let you on the aux! I’d give 6 stars if I could.”

“24/7 gym. Wide variety of stuff but more powerlifting-focused. Bumper plates, steel plates, 5+ squat racks, 2+ deadlift platforms, reverse hyper, competition bench, etc. Small selection of machines. A lot of older equipment but some new stuff too.”

“Solid place to work out with ample space and plenty of machines and free weights. My kid also takes swim lessons and he loves Grace and Janis! Emily-Erin is pretty cool too.”

“I always had a fear of walking into a gym and working out with a group of people. Two months ago I took a step in the right direction, out of my comfort zone, and walked into Wenonah Fit Body Boot Camp. Immediately, after meeting the owners, I felt comfortable. They create an environment for all ages and fitness levels. The trainers push you, but in a way that helps you develop at your own pace. It’s worth every penny! Fun and you feel like family!”

“Level One is an incredibly clean gym with a small, community feel. A few things that really stand out in my opinion are:Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The cleanliness of this gym is outstanding. The staff takes pride in maintaining a spotless environment. The workout areas, bathrooms, and equipment are consistently well-kept, creating a comfortable and hygienic space to focus on your workout without fear of germs.Staff Friendliness and Helpfulness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The workers are fitness enthusiasts who genuinely care about your well-being. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and always ready to offer assistance. Additionally, the owner is very communicative and reasonable, even offering me a discount to gym and flexibility in cancelation.Community Feel: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Unlike larger chains, this gym is smaller, creating an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed the community of members who support and motivate each other. This is definitely a positive and welcoming gym that is perfect for both newbies and "gym rats".Modern Equipment: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The gym is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery that caters to all fitness levels. The modern equipment is not only sleek and visually appealing but also functional and well-maintained.In conclusion, if you're looking for more than just a place to break a sweat, this gym is the perfect fit. It's a clean, friendly, and community-driven space with top-notch, modern equipment. I'm grateful to have found such a gem in the city! Highly recommended.”

“I LOVE the workouts, coaches, staff and members at Orange Theory greatly. The variety of workouts is perfect for me (strength, cardio, combos classes, specialty workouts...) I have multiple gym memberships but this is the one I use consistently and that is due to everything listed above but most specifically the coaches and members. The vibes here are so welcoming and supportive that it's almost impossible to not feel like a part of the "gym family." Special shout outs to Coaches Alex, Carly, John, Keith and Tony - always there with the push of motivation for the group when needed. The workouts feel like a group effort and when finished the accomplishments, there are shared with high fives, encouragement and shared goals for the next efforts. If you tend to wander around a gym not sure what to do, if you lack motivation to stick to a routine, or just aren't sure where to begin on your fitness journey - try OTF Washington Twp. and you will not be disappointed.”

“I had the best customer service experience, see my class got cancelled but in the rush to get there I never checked my email. Once I got there Paris gave me a personal training session since I already was there and didn’t even charge me. It’s was the best sweat I’ve had, she really pushed me and let me just say my legs were not the same the next day ?. But it was all worth it ☺️. Thank you”

“I have tried every workout class under the sun and F45 is my number 1. Not only are these classes great… this Nolibs location is the best. Will always get a class in when I can here!”

“Fun, friendly, inclusive atmosphere. Everyone roots for each other so it's easy to progress. The coaches are knowledgeable and attentive. They have a Strong Start program before actual classes so you can get the form down and understand the language and format. They make the work fun. Definitely worth it.”

“I have gone to Spenga for 10 months now and love it! Well, as much as I (a fitness girlie I am not) can love sweating and being sore. The staff is so sweet and chill, not too pushy or intimidating at all. They threw a pre-wedding private session for me and my friends/family. It was such a thoughtful event! Affordable for my guests and they even had a spread of breakfast bites and mimosas after! They are the best! Highly recommend the Spenga Cherry Hill cuties.”

“I’ve been a member at OTF University City for 2 years and this is one of the best group fitness classes I’ve ever taken. The coaches are great and supportive (and more importantly they have updated, energetic music playlists!). The front desk is friendly and the facility is always well maintained! I would definitely recommend this location for anyone in the area!”

“OTG is such a welcoming community! I joined about 6 moths ago and was completely new to CrossFit (and nervous)! This gym is a safe place to build a foundation and learn new limits. Thank you to Jen, Dennis, Nick and Madison for guiding me through and pushing me to do better!”

“I have been a member of this gym since it's opening. The evolution that this gym went through is breathtaking - they did an entire gut renovation to this place a few years and everything is just first class here now. All I can say is that management here listens, the equipment to work out is top class, the membership is reasonably price for what you are getting, and the space is massive. I will stay with FIT gym as long as I live in Philly.”

“I thought crossfit would be intimidating, but it's totally not. At least, not here. Coaches & fellow athletes are the most kind & supportive folks here. There's a good mix of beginners & advanced athletes, and some fun events throughout the year (that often involve just as much food & drinks as there would be sweat). If you're looking for community, this is it!”

“Purpose built facility. I appreciate that! I don't need to pay for a smoothie bar and yoga classes that I'll never use. Daily rates are nice, so you can try it out and not be on the hook for anything long term if it's not for you, but longer term rates are available if you'd like!”

“I thoroughly enjoy my workouts with Ryan. I like working out and being pushed and Ryan certainly does that. He isn’t an “in your face” kind of trainer and I appreciate that. He motivates you but doesn’t make you feel bad about yourself. Two thumbs up from me! Would highly recommend him!”

“Fantastic experience as a new member. All staff and coaches are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The community makes you feel welcome at any level of fitness, facility is clean and modern, classes are great. Thankful for my new OTF family!”

“I just did my first class and I was VERY intimidated after not being in a gym for years. It was amazing. Anthony was very gracious and taught about the exercises and equipment and made it both challenging and manageable for me to get started. I didn't feel judged or intimidated at all and instead felt very welcomed like a family. I'll definitely be back and recommend it to others!”

“Joined on a student membership for the summer and really enjoyed my experience. All the trainers were highly knowledgeable (and incredibly athletic) and made sure everyone felt welcome in the gym. When I was dealing with a shoulder injury, they were eager to make accommodations to make sure I could still participate in workouts. Would highly recommend giving it a shot!”

“This place has become a second home to me. I have been a member for over 10 years and I still love it. The reconditioning classes give you a full body workout. The strength classes allow you to challenge yourself and personal training is top notch. The instructors are all amazing. I can’t say enough about how much this place has changed my life.”

“Amazing gym and coaches. This is my first time getting into cross fit and coaches helped me a lot getting into my fitness routine. Also amazing members of the club, you never feel left out, people are always cheering you on. The classes are very flexible and you can easily find a class or a routine that fits your schedule.”

“Amazing community all around. The instructors are great. The other athletes that take class or individual training sessions are great. Everyone is so welcoming to newcomers and beginners and it really feels like a community of friends. I have taken spin, barre, body pump, yoga, and I look forward to trying some other options as well! Definitely would recommend supporting local shops like Haddonfield Fitness. And I love that they partake in community events as well.”

“A meat head gym- no doubt! This place is typically not staffed except for when a new member needs to sign up and makes arrangements ahead of time by calling or e-mailing now. You can even get a 1 day pass online and not have to make actual contact nor is it expected probably. For the monthly pass, with no enrollment fees, mind you, you would need to make an appointment the first time around. If you can make it at least 5 times to the gym within the month, then it is worth getting the 24-7 access by the month. Most gyms wanted to charge me an enrollment fee for a partial one month period, and it was just not worth it to do that for me. Most gyms don't have 24-7 access and those that do will tack on this enrollment fee. I was planning to work out manually but then I had thought of this gym and tried asking and glad I did! There are showering facilities which I wouldn't have expected, but it's super nice to know that I don't have to leave sweaty and head straight back home if I don't want to. Definitely a potential incentive to keep working out and makes it feel less like a stressful event. One of the showers doesn't even work currently, but there are two others that do. The toilet paper rolls look worn out and it feels like if they were fixed, some musclehead might accidentally break it again by pulling too hard on it. Another one, during one time I was there, the water was accidentally left on and I turned it off, I could see how one might be in a hurry and not have closed the faucet all the way. You just try to do the right thing with minor things like that. Most clients probably would prefer to drive home and use their own comfortable shower rather than the one provided here. There are also a few bottles of wipes provided, but I was probably the only one who would use them or maybe they would only be used by others if sweat got on the equipment. There's a whole array of apparel from online that can be shipped directly to you and pictures of history and pride of the gym and the owner's past interests and successes. I can't fully appreciate the equipment that is here nor understand how to use much of it. I tried to look what equipment was what and how to use it when I could and sometimes I just did things by looking and feeling them out enough but making sure I could handle the weights and such if things didn't quite go as I expected. The only thing I wish this gym and most gyms could have is an optional local community event to get together and just chit chat once in awhile, maybe like every month or 2 or 3 months. I have run into a few that do this or did this once in a rare occasion to try it out, but it is a way to try to build community so that I'm not just showing up and leaving. Gyms that have classes, as I can't make those regularly, I'm not able to socialize that way. So, the classes have become not a big deal to me. The personal trainers I've tried at other gyms is hit or miss, more miss The trainers I tend to like to work with the least are the ones that have been hired through a mainstream gym because many of these people only want to work with certain clientele and they may do things like not show up to their appointment or put someone else in place when that is not the standard practice at most gyms (and this probably should be the standard practice at most mainstream gyms.) They are trying to go for the "relational" connection building, but most gyms are way too transient for this on both the client and staff sides to be effective. A few reviews have said that one can just ask others for help. While I probably could've, I did feel like as a non-jock, I would be intruding on someone else's workout and if I asked them something, what could I offer them back that they would want? Sometimes, a "thank you" might be enough, but I guess living in this world and how it's changed and socially, not for the better, I feel uncomfortable without more context. Even something as simple as I recognize that brand name on”
