“No complaints. My local branch prints ATM cards. My card number was compromised, and the mobile banking system put a hold on my card.It would have taken 3-5 business days to receive a new one. Luckily, my bank printed one out in about 10 mins. 3-5 business days is a long time during the Christmas season.”
“They usually only ha live one person working at the counter at a time. This, wait times could be much shorter if other employees would jump in when patrons are waiting. Other than that, friendly staff”

“I really like the customer service they provide in this pandemic. Really appreciate this guys for their humanity and help. Not much back up queues during drive-thru services, ease way of access of ATM and deposit, also sometimes they might allow on spot appointments. Good job!!”
“Of all the PNC branches in the area, this one is my far the best with the most attention to detail and customer support. They caught issues with my account TWICE that no other branch alerted me to. Cori and Andrew deserve special notice.”
“This is not a bank, folks. So don’t expect cash transactions. Sheesh. I visit this office at least once a month to deposit money using CHECKS. Transactions are always handled quickly and accurately.I have several accounts. My advisor at this particular office has always taken the time to explain various options to me and complete purchases quickly. If you are upset about losing money, perhaps you should consider lower risk investments.”
“Robert the banker at this location is a rockstar. He has helped me on two separate occasions in regards to banking statements I needed from a few years back. He was patience and thorough during each appointment, and I am truly grateful for his help.”

Ryon was courteous and knowledgable in the variety CD options available. Free coffee and lollipops throughout the branch. I would return.”

She didn't pressure me or hold me hostage trying to sell me anything. The facilities here are very clean and the staff are very friendly. Worth the couple extra minutes drive.”
“I'd like to especially thank Kelly and Pamala - this branch was so helpful and friendly to work with. They were able to help me with a really specific issue and were knowledgeable, efficient, fast, and friendly.”
“Was greeted by a super sweet teller - not sure of her name, but she was a young pregnant woman with thick black framed glasses. She went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met!”

“I have had all great interactions with tellers. Avis, and Val are a charm. But!!!! That Mary Carol/Cris is horrible banker. No people skills at all. Avoid her at all costs! Charles and Eric are nice too!!”

1500 Chestnut St Suite 2-1760, Philadelphia“I'm a new customer at the PNC Bank. So far very pleased and very satisfied with their service. Even the inside things moved very quickly and you were in and out in no time. They have a outside drive-thru ATM and a second one in the lobby. That's what's nice if one machine's down the others up. They also have this cool new feature called the virtual wallet which I recommend”
“Taylor has been a great investment advisor and I highly recommend working with him. My husband and I were previously with an advisor who only cared about the money that we had invested with the firm rather than our overall financial picture. Taylor has helped us holistically set ourselves up for success and is quick to answer any questions and provide sound guidance. As WA residents with some quirky laws, Taylor learned the state specifics quickly and provided guidance. We finally feel like real adults who have made it and aren't just throwing money at retirement accounts.”
