“I came to Ace for a 100K tune-up, brakes, radiator and oil change service. My first impression was positive. Brian and Mark both present a professional appearance, attitude, and an expert knowledge of my Ford Focus Titanium. I had 0800 appointment. Went to Brian's service desk, where he acknowledged me and said he would be right with me. Before he was finished with another customer, Mark stepped up from a faraway station and said he would help me at his desk instead. Mark advised me on a recall issue, and Brian later sat down with me to walk through the required recall questions, prior to the fix. Brian also identified two minor maintenance issues that I was aware of, so added these items to the work scheduled this morning. The service was thorough. Brian recommended a return appointment for a clutch recall, and to replace a part of the front end bumper aerodynamic undercarriage cover that was loose. Ace has a very clean, open concept waiting area that flows into the show room. This really is like bringing a customer into your home, instead of tucking you away into a windowless, cramped waiting area. Very pleased with the customer service here. Reminds me of the quality at Wickstrom Ford in Barrington, Illinois, where I purchased my vehicle.”
“Nobels is the best! I came in for a check engine light. I tested the code myself and it came back with a bad O2 sensor. Nobels tested and found a vacuum line disconnected. The mechanic plugged the line back in and reset the engine code. They could have changed the O2 sensor and charged me for that. Instead they were honest and told me what the real cause of the check engine light was. I also had the oil changed too. Completely recommend Nobels! Tony up front at the desk is awesome!”

I live in north Jersey and I was told that my serpentine belt was badly cracked and it needed repaired immediately when I brought my car to get new windshield wipers . I could not find a local mechanic with availability to fix my car asap, but I was going to be in the south Jersey area later that day to visit family. I called Lou’s Automotive Center and I was told to bring my car in whenever I could. I immediately could tell that Lou was an honest mechanic who only does what is necessary. My serpentine belt got fixed and my car was ready within 3-4 hours. I cannot say how much I appreciate a mechanic who I’ve never been to before so willingly having the time to fix my car on such short notice. Unless someone challenges the Pensulvania Inspection authority to change thoses limits to metric. BUT IN all you do an vechile inspection of the highest quality. OF which like as a fellow mechanic. “Words cannot adequately express how much of a lifesaver, and cost saver, this shop was for me. My right tail light had completely stopped working, and despite replacing the bulbs and fuse, nothing resolved the issue. This problem was delaying my vehicle inspection, so I even purchased a replacement tail light from Amazon, only to find that it still didn’t work.
I then visited multiple auto shops, including Meineke, Midas, and Pep Boys. Two were unable to assess the issue due to time constraints, and I unfortunately received incorrect information from Midas. I was told I needed a new wiring harness and was advised to contact the Nissan dealership. That led to an extremely stressful experience, as Nissan quoted a starting cost of $900–$1,000 or more, and stated the harness for my vehicle was discontinued. Thankfully, that information turned out to be completely inaccurate.
Trusting my instincts, I searched for a shop that specialized in automotive electrical issues and found Rapco Automotive Center in Upper Darby, only 10 minutes from my boyfriend's house. I scheduled an appointment with Steve for 12/11/25, and it was truly a blessing. I only wish I had come here first, but I most certainly will from now on.
Despite arriving right at closing time due to a delay at work, Steve went above and beyond by accommodating me. He even stepped out of his own vehicle to assist me, which speaks volumes about his dedication and customer service. The stress I had endured from other shops was completely unnecessary, and Steve immediately put me at ease.
The level of professional service provided by Steve and his team was absolutely phenomenal, do you hear me! I was provided a clear and honest quote and they completed the repair the very next day.
