“A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ZACH THE TECHNICIAN WHO FIXED MY PHONE FOR ME THIS MORNING !! Seriously a life savor ! my iphone 11 pro out of no where would not turn on it was stuck on the black screen w the apple logo I was so upset I thought I was going to be screwed.. Zach was so nice he got my phone to turn back on.. you can tell he genuinely cared and wanted to fix the problem for me he didn't rush and he kept trying.
