When I went into the store, the associates, took the time to research the recipe when I bought it by the gallon, and compared to the recipe by the quart, and found that there was a difference in colors used. They gave me the gallon paint to match what I already have without hesitation. I was impressed by the time they took to service me and make situation, right”

“This is a well-stocked store. During my recent visit I perused the aisles and shelves and a staff member followed me around pretending to arrange the shelves, perhaps suspecting me of shoplifting? They shooed me out of the store. Again, it's a well-stocked store and you can find anything at all there.”

“I’ve been a customer for many years and I recently moved to a new house. I went to one location close to my house and had an awful experience. I almost went to different paint store brand, but gave this location a try. They provide amazing service with great product knowledge. This store is not close to my house, but, it’s well worth coming to this store because of the manager (Victoria) at the store. All staff are friendly and courteous as well. I would give 10 stars to this store if I could!”

“Very good customer service. Called in an order. Barry was professional and ready to assist and had the order ready in no time. There was a woman in line when I came in who was seeming to give the store associate a hard time but he was kind and patient with her. Props to him for that and for being so helpful. If you are having trouble finding parking here - tip: there is an AutoZone across the street with its own parking lot. I’ve parked there and walked right across. If you’re hungry there are also a couple food trucks in that parking lot jic that is appealing to you”

My man answered the phone at 8pm on a Sunday,and came immediately at 8am the next morning (fresh off an AM Serbia World Cup 3-3 draw too). Solved the issue and reasonable. He and his wife serve up some solid dishes at their Balkan Restaurant too.”
