“The Pharmacy Manager James has gone above and beyond for me. NJ makes it difficult to get controlled substances and I was having a hard time getting my medication due to some new rules. I had gone two weeks without my meds and James stayed on top of it and made phone calls for me and finally I was able to get my medication. He apologized even though it wasn’t the pharmacy’s fault. He was empathetic and caring.I have also requested a certain generic brand for one of my meds since I was given another brand and it did not work as well. Each time now I get the brand I requested. The techs and pharmacists have been respectful and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend going here especially if you have specialty medication because they always seem to have everything in stock”

“I have been using this CVS for years without any issues. The pharmacy staff appear overworked and stressed. I always start with: "still living the dream?" My little joke makes the human connection and all goes smoothly. The pharmacy staff have gone out of their way to accommodate me, and I have had some unique situations where they could have said, work it out yourself. But they have gone the extra mile and then some. CVS, if you're reading this, give all the employees a raise, they deserve it!”
