“Out of all the post offices I’ve been to I’ve never had such a wonderful experience as I did today. The gentleman working this morning was so genuinely friendly. I needed stamps and he noticed my stack of Christmas cards and asked if I wanted holiday stamps, then showed me all the different ones they had. We also exchanged some pleasant conversation. Overall I’ve never had a postal worker be so nice, most of the time they seem either miserable or disinterested being there.”

“This post office was a little hard to see at first bc it’s in the plaza and they are normally stand alone buildings. It’s in Hartner Plaza if anyone needs the directions. The gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Not your typical post office. The location is convenient and I highly recommend!”

For the people who are complaining, please try the Collingswood post office. Then you will understand what a bad postal experience is! The Merchantville P.O. offers a pleasant and professional experience every time. I am not one to stan Merchantville, but these ladies are the best.”

“I'm a MiLLeNiAL so I don't do a lot of mailing. My job required me to mail a bunch of paperwork for some reason, so I mosied on down to station ave in hopes that I wouldn't screw it up somehow. Jovielle, the clerk working in the front, could not have been more helpful! She told me exactly what I would need and exactly how much it would cost. She was very friendly, and the whole process took just minutes Protect the post office, folks, these people are heros.”

Everytime I visit a post office, it is always super crowded and I haven't visited this location in a long time. It was great to conduct my business and leave promptly without any hassle whatsoever. It's ashame that most of the time they don't have many supplies, because they want to shut them down to save money. I hope they don't close this location as it is more convenient for me and many others than downtown where there's no parking, long lines and horrible customer service. I use this post office whenever I have to mail something off or try to pickup supplies.”
