“I reserved PO box for this location online. I went on Saturday June 6 to pick up the key. I forgot to print my online application. My man Corey greet me with a smile and helped me fill up paper copy, without any questions. When it came to deliver the key, he hand it to me quietly and told me my Box number very quietly. Told me instructions and everything. He easily gets 5/5.”
“Greg is the best. One of the few mom and pop shops left in the neighborhood. Greg is always eager to help you out, and doesn’t nickel and dime you for extras like other big box shipping store do. Just be warned, you might stay longer than expected as you enjoy a story about the neighborhood. They make keys, help with shipping and receiving, perform notary services, etc… I enjoy supporting Greg and a local, small family business.”

“Good Evening Google Family. I visited today to mail some correspondence. There was one young lady working here and no one was in line. I loved this!!! Everytime I visit a post office, it is always super crowded and I haven't visited this location in a long time. It was great to conduct my business and leave promptly without any hassle whatsoever. “I'm a MiLLeNiAL so I don't do a lot of mailing. My job required me to mail a bunch of paperwork for some reason, so I mosied on down to station ave in hopes that I wouldn't screw it up somehow. Jovielle, the clerk working in the front, could not have been more helpful! She told me exactly what I would need and exactly how much it would cost. “Staff are very friendly and try to move as quickly as possible during rush, even though they're limited. It's ashame that most of the time they don't have many supplies, because they want to shut them down to save money. I hope they don't close this location as it is more convenient for me and many others than downtown where there's no parking, long lines and horrible customer service. I use this post office whenever I have to mail something off or try to pickup supplies.”

“No lines if you show up at off-peak times outside of first thing in the morning, during lunch, and maybe right before 5pm. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon is usually OK. Have your items ready otherwise you'll probably encounter somewhat typical USPS orneriness.”
“Loveliest lady in any post office I’ve ever been to. Usually, going to USPS is needlessly stressful. The atmosphere is so heavy and tense. Not this location! The woman working here (who has always been the only person working every time I’ve gone) is such a joy. Although this location is often shut down for Internet outages and other inconveniences, the customer service will make your day! She really goes the extra mile. Give her a raise!!!”

“Great experience. I went on April 15, Tax Day, at 4pm. Line out the door, people sweating and stressed - T. Wortham - your only employee in office - was kind, patient, and calm. I was amazed by his demeanor, and so grateful for the service he was providing all of us. 99% of the world would have had a meltdown working by themselves on that date and time. He was spectacular. “The post office where I frequent is open from 8:30 am - 5:00pm Monday- Friday and Saturdays 8:30am- 12:30pm. So I already know what to expect upon my visit. It's usually no long line because their busiest hours are usually between 9:00am-11:00am and 12:00pm-3:30pm. Saturdays is best to go early in the morning.”
