“Nice well used stop. There are several steos and a ramp used to go up into the store. It's very clean, although the ladies' stalls looked screw stropped and wobbly. Fun toys and travel items available. One of these days I'll buy one of their PURPLE SEAT CUSHION. The McDonald's was closed in the middle of the night, but there was a good selection of ready-made cold sandwiches in the travelshop, including winter gloves. I especially like the natice American art for sale. Such pretty blue pots. A lovely find was a Sesame Street Grover toy grinning at me. There was a casino section, but it had a narrow entrance with a sign saying no admittance if under 21 yrs.”
“OMG, where to start?
They have WONDERFUL stuff in there! From Dreamcatchers, to jewlery, to shirts, leggings, all sorts of stuff!
This is YOUR PLACE for souvenirs too! They have a ton of keychais, shot glasses...even KNIVES!”
“The Route 66 Travel Center has lots of billboards on Interstate 40 as the Dancing Eagles Travel Center [the Dancing Eagles Casino is across the street]. The billboard promote it as having the Best Diesel prices. The price today was $3.22. Coming from Tennessee on I-40, we regularly have been fueling up for $2.90 to $3.10 for diesel.
The location and restrooms were clean.”
“Always stop there for 30 minutes to get fuel ⛽️ and get something to eat. My favorite stop when driving from and to California. Clean restrooms and McDonald's is clean and food Always fresh made to order.”
