“The owner of Edith Appliance went out of his way to make sure I had a washing machine installed that I was happy with. The first machine was installed this Monday-- but it had some issues. I went in on Wednesday worried I might be stuck dealing with service issues. Instead he quickly offered to replace the washer and let me pick out another machine. Today, Friday he came in his own personal truck and installed it after I got off work. He took the time to check everything was in working order, all the temperatures dialed in and ran it through a spin cycle. The machine looks brand new and ran great. I really appreciate his time and help. I'm not rich and I work hard to support myself so his understanding of my schedule and need to have a reliable washing machine was a godsend. At my age it's tough lugging clothes to and from the Laundromat as I have now for over a year. Thank you sincerely!”

“Update: 5-29-24: They just proved me correct (again) in my opinion of their outstanding service. Handled a minor service issue with speed and a friendly attitude. Love this place! My original post: Over the past 5 years I've purchased a fridge, dishwasher, and a full TV setup from Baillio's. I've discovered that when it comes to these items, you can pretty much get what you want from most any store selling them. But what you don't always get is outstanding service. With Baillio's, I have always been impressed with their selection, prices, attitude, helpfulness, service and on-time delivery. They really keep you informed so you don't have to sit around all day and wait for them. Their delivery and set-up service has been impressive. They match prices--so you always know you're getting the best price. But they have always surpassed the big box stores when it comes to service. I highly recommend this company.”

“It's Monday, and I need a bathtub and valves by Saturday- haven't even thought about all the hardware, fixtures, and sinks! I am thankful for Hannah Hughes at Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery. I am sensitive to knowing and expecting "KIND customer service". Hannah spent at least 2 hours helping me not only get what I needed for Saturday, but working with me patiently, without a goal to "make a sale". She answered all my questions, listened to my concerns and she gave me some great ideas and advice- she is so knowledgeable of all aspects of her work. And patience galore! She got my bathtub delivered the next day and had me jot down the questions I needed to ask our builder regarding sinks, faucets and lighting. In the end..... I will be back soon to order whatever else is next. Thank you Hannah and Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery for a positive experience.”

“We knew we were interested in Toto toilets and made a list of dealers in Albuquerque. Ferguson’s was the first place we went to look. There we met Hannah Hughes. We looked at several toilets and Hannah gave me a printout detailing our favorite one. The next day I went back alone to find out more. Hannah guided me around the lovely showroom, answering all my questions. I was impressed with her expertise and vast knowledge of the products. She was a whiz on the computer. When I showed her a picture of our bathroom, Hannah immediately recognized the name and manufacturer of my toilet - which blew my mind! She was very gracious, upbeat and helpful comparing the different faucets, locating a small sink and writing up my order. She talked to me at length about the best way to have it delivered to my house. Initially I had thought I’d wait to look at other dealers, but Hannah was so thorough that I decided to simply go ahead and make my order. She assured me she would be tracking the delivery to my house and gave me a bottle of water. It was one of the best experiences buying a large item I’ve ever had. When I told my husband about how great it was, he said, “If we were still in business, we would have tried to hire her”.”

“I just browsed the store. The section with computers seemed to have a nice selection. I felt they were a little higher priced than other places. I didn't purchase anything. The checkout seemed like people were getting through the line and out the door quickly. I was approached multiple times and asked if I needed help. That was a big plus.”
“The technician named Zachary showed up early. We explained the problem, he looked at the refrigerator and said,"well it's running, you have ice and things in the freezer are frozen. I can go now and there's no charge." We decided to have him check it out. He did. He explained how our refrigerator worked and said he didn't see any problems, but if we had a problem we had 90 days and they would come back free of charge. We happily paid the bill. Now he was honest, we asked questions he answered. I was in business for 30 years and he would be considered a prime employee. We are so happy with the service. We recommend Dalton highly. “While HD is better in my opinion than Lowe’s I sadly am finding that HD is slipping from helpful staff to the crappy habit of saying “you should be able to locate it on the app” used to be when I asked for help all the staff new where everything was located. Now you have to wait for someone that works in that department or try to find the location via the app that isn’t 100% accurate. It’s just sad”
“Israel Sr. Is an amazing person he really is I stopped by ti chose a stove to be delivered then I mentioned I wanted a refrigerator and he quickly found me a wonderful deal on a refrigerator they had it at my house and delivered and installed within the hour. Him and his worker were so wonderful
