“We were Urgently looking for a Freezer to buy because Our old one was malfunctioning. The night before, there was a Blackout in Rio Rancho. It knocked Our freezer out of commission. We had over 40 pounds of meat and produce to lose, so We had to act quick. We went to the Location in Rio Rancho on US550. My Lady was very weak and sick. We were directed by a very courteous Young Man to the Appliance section.
I then met Natalia, whom I asked where the available Freezers were. She was very quick to help Us select the right One for Us. My Lady had a ton of questions to which She patiently answered and went above and beyond to help lead Us into the right decision. Natalia impressed Us with Her empathy, Her positive energy, and how Polite She was. After making the purchase She directed Us to the Carport, where the Freezer would be brought to My truck for loading.
I assumed that It would be brought by someone else( This was an 11 cubic foot heavy unit!) but there was Natalia wheeling it out to Us. I was more than capable of loading it, but Natalia offered.
Natalia (BLESS HER HEART) was maybe a quarter above My Ladies Size, and bodyweight. Nevertheless, I was very impressed.
