“About 3 weeks ago my car was sadly stolen, I called Saturday to file a claim and file a police report the San Pedro location was quick and responsive I got a call from Juan the claims adjuster that Monday, they already had the paperwork in the mail, my car was found Tuesday I was told by the cops to get it or I would be charged towing fees, I spoke to claims who advised me to not touch it as I would not be liable, I never in my life had to file a insurance claim and the first time ever wa s my car getting stolen, they had Paul the appraiser at the tow yard on Wednesday already said it’s totaled Juan called back Friday said I should ge the paper work, I got the paper work and back in te email that same Friday they got it Monday and called me Tuesday, they paid off the rest of my ca loan with enough left over for a new car, they were quick and responsive and always called me back with 20 to 40 minutes well worth it”

Went to location she's super nice and is doing a great job at what she does at this location being by Herself. I walked in no breaks their was. A few people ahead then my turn and at first was mad thinking they don't want to help me lol . They want to help everybody but only herself there I give her Props high five cuz she's getting it done.. I recommend all Fred Loya s insurance policy's.
