Daisy did not even know how to read a title. She also kept sending the link to the wrong number. Changed my previous number and acted like it was all my fault. Will not be going to the branch again

Never have I seen a place with such bad customer service, seems like they just hire anybody, worst part is they want u to go to them to take pictures instead of sending a link or actually doing their job like a real insurance broker, seems like they think the insurance payers work for them

Bad service they charge you for a car you don’t have and charge for a cancellation and they weird part is they have photos of you vehicle as well as your title do not recommend
