I recently stopped in for a part and obtained the incorrect one. I lost my receipt but the manager still allowed me to exchange it for the correct part. They treated me very fair despite my own error and earned the store a repeat customer.

Precious was absolutely amazing! She helped me find the gear oil and tools I needed. I highly recommend this store. I haven't had the best experience with Autozone in the past but this one turned it around. Thank you for the Help Precious. She deserves a raise and promotion for her knowledge and amazing customer service!
