Many praised the attentive and friendly service provided by staff members like Brian and Julian, who quickly diagnosed and fixed issues such as a water pump replacement and a VW bug tune-up. Customers appreciated the reasonable prices and quality of work, which restored their vehicles' performance. However, there was a negative experience reported by a customer who felt that the shop was not trustworthy after being told additional work was needed and experiencing damage to their vehicle.
