“Great roadside RV service! Charles and his team were great!
On a trip from Denver to Tuscon to trade in our old RV we ran into trouble after a fuel stop and were stuck black mesa travel center with no air pressure for our brakes. We contacted AAA around 4:30pm who initially had trouble tracking down a provider that could tow our class A RV. AAA got in touch with us and gave us possible quotes between $1300 and $3500 to have a service provider come out to assist.
After being connected with Charles he suggested it would be best to come out first thing in the morning since part stores were already closed. We agreed, being safe and comfortable at the truck stop to wait.
Charles went above and beyond to troubleshoot our air system. He arrived ready with possible necessary replacement parts. We eventually found the housing for the compressed air filter was loose and not allowing the compressor to pressureize the system. (This was over 2 full hours of troubleshooting).
An inconvenient delay but we avoided a steep repair or tow bill. Thank you Platinum towing, and thank you Charles!”

“WHOOOOOAAAA gosh, guys, my family and our Toyota Sequoia & 34ft travel trailer got REAL stuck on Juan Tomas Rd (forest road). It was just way too muddy (and we shouldn’t have gotten ourselves there in the first place BTW) and I was starting to get very nervous. We did all we could on our own and then called Knittle’s Towing. Gene came to our rescue and the crazy incline and mud/snow/sludge was no problem for our good guy, Gene and his towing truck. ? Phew! “If you are calling a tow truck, you are probably having a bad day. Madrid Towing will make that bad day as good as it possibly can be. My van broke down in Albuquerque on a Saturday evening. I went through several roadside assistance programs to include AAA and no one was available to help. Early Sunday morning, I began calling around and made contact with Madrid who immediately said they would help. They sent out a tow truck that turned out to be too small for my vehicle. The owner showed up and between the owner and the tow truck operator, they were able to get my vehicle moved to a safer location. They explained that they had a larger tow truck, but that driver was off for the day. They texted him and when he heard about my situation, he showed up anyway and within a few minutes, had my vehicle all hooked up and ready to move. Worried about leaving my vehicle overnight at a repair facility that would be closed until Monday morning, they took my vehicle back to their yard and secured it for the night, then met me the next day at the dealership to drop it off. While I hope I never end up broken down in Albuquerque again, if I do, I'll call Madrid. Great service and really, really good people.”
