“Literally no words can explain the genuineness and kindness this company is. I happened to lock my keys in my car today, and by the grace of God, All Pro Towings employees, Lonni & Carlos were there at the gas station I happened to be at. Lonni was quick to call the owner Joe, to ask if he can help me out with a slim Jim because I didn’t have a spare key or anyone else to call. They really saved so much time, & I didn’t have any money, they did it from the genuine kindness of their hearts. Joe did not have to go out of his way for me but he did it and opened my door immediately when he got there. “Leaving Albuquerque on the 40 was going down the hill and I heard a big cracked. I pulled over immediately called loves and they couldn’t fix it bc it was a broken driveline, yolk, u joints and a brake chamber. So I found JJJ on Google a new driveline would cost $1600 he got me a used one for a good price and finished all the repairs in 5 hours. Was back on the road and everything is great. Not sure what the reviews about bad communication is he would answer his phone every time I called him and always answered texts. Overall great customer service definitely recommend around Albuquerque.”

I’ve an older Mini Cooper and it’s quirky..these people have brought it around and it’s running and driving like it did when buying it Brand-new.The only complaint I have is the COST. However, I know when I drive away from having something fixed, it’s done properly, using quality parts, and mechanics that are extremely knowledgeable and have credentials to back them up…TRUSTWORTHY is a very important quality and they fix whatever the issue is and back it up should something not work right..suppose with all I’ve said, you get what you pay for…thanks Eddie for skillfully being my guide and the middle man, who explains the cars need's etc and being the main man at the front desk who basically schedules and directs how the operation runs. “If you are calling a tow truck, you are probably having a bad day. Madrid Towing will make that bad day as good as it possibly can be. My van broke down in Albuquerque on a Saturday evening. I went through several roadside assistance programs to include AAA and no one was available to help. Early Sunday morning, I began calling around and made contact with Madrid who immediately said they would help. They sent out a tow truck that turned out to be too small for my vehicle. The owner showed up and between the owner and the tow truck operator, they were able to get my vehicle moved to a safer location. They explained that they had a larger tow truck, but that driver was off for the day. They texted him and when he heard about my situation, he showed up anyway and within a few minutes, had my vehicle all hooked up and ready to move. Worried about leaving my vehicle overnight at a repair facility that would be closed until Monday morning, they took my vehicle back to their yard and secured it for the night, then met me the next day at the dealership to drop it off. While I hope I never end up broken down in Albuquerque again, if I do, I'll call Madrid. Great service and really, really good people.”

“On two separate occasions, in Nov. and again earlier this month, after I needed a tow and called AAA, they connected me with Santa Fe Tow, who sent Cesar to help me out. In November, Cesar was dispatched to tow my sports car. He was very knowledgeable about my car and was extremely careful in getting the car loaded onto the tow truck and towed to the dealer. While driving he noted some concerns with what he saw on the exhaust system, which I then identified with the dealer's service department. Earlier this month Cesar was dispatched to help me with a flat tire. He completed the repair which enabled me to get to work on time that morning. Cesar has been timely, courteous and knowledgeable each time he has come to help me with one of my vehicles. Cesar is a real asset to your company!Charles G.”

My husband was in an accident in which his car was totaled and these guys were SO quick to get to us before the city company did, which would’ve charged us both towing and storage fees...Town and Country has a flat towing rate and said we didn’t have to pay a storage fee at this time because we have insurance and our insurance company was already investigating. The company driver (I didn’t catch his name) Informed us of this when the city company showed up and our car was already on his truck. We could’ve been facing 2 towing fees and a city storage fee if we would’ve went with the cities towing but this WONDERFUL company stepped in was informative and compassionate to our situation and is taking care of us!
