“I came to Brown’s to get my brake fluid replaced and to get some idea of what other services might cost because I had been serviced at Toyota and they wanted a lot of money for those services. Brown’s easily cut Toyota‘s prices in half for the work I wanted done. And they did a complete inspection of my truck with pictures of everything. They were incredibly thorough, honest and clear in their communication and they have a customer for life.”

“All Pro Towing and Recovery is exactly that. 100% professional. I called them desperate on a Friday night to recover my Jeep from the one of Big I exchange ramps. One lane, heavy traffic. Carlos was on his way before I could text the delivery address. Quickly recovered the Jeep which was locked in park and delivered to my home without me being at the pick up or delivery site. He maneuvered his rig and wiggled the Jeep off perfectly into the driveway. Extremely fast, friendly, professional and courteous. Thank you Carlos and All Pro, highly recommend.”

“Great roadside RV service! Charles and his team were great! On a trip from Denver to Tuscon to trade in our old RV we ran into trouble after a fuel stop and were stuck black mesa travel center with no air pressure for our brakes. We contacted AAA around 4:30pm who initially had trouble tracking down a provider that could tow our class A RV. AAA got in touch with us and gave us possible quotes between $1300 and $3500 to have a service provider come out to assist. After being connected with Charles he suggested it would be best to come out first thing in the morning since part stores were already closed. We agreed, being safe and comfortable at the truck stop to wait. Charles went above and beyond to troubleshoot our air system. He arrived ready with possible necessary replacement parts. We eventually found the housing for the compressed air filter was loose and not allowing the compressor to pressureize the system. (This was over 2 full hours of troubleshooting). An inconvenient delay but we avoided a steep repair or tow bill. Thank you Platinum towing, and thank you Charles!”

These guys were so helpful fast and really pulled through when I was in a bind! Call them 1st.”

“I got a flat on New Year's Day and the next day (Friday) very few tow truck services were open. This was though! And Moe was very thoughtful about quoting me a price and wanting to get to me in the time frame that he had promised. Moe was right on time and super nice and cheerful about the whole thing. He put the donut on my car, put everything back together carefully and charged me what he had quoted over the phone. I'm saving his card in case this happens again because his price was lower than everybody's and because he did everything exactly as he promised. You won't go wrong by calling Moe!”

“Arrived in exactly the time stated, excellent driver and a service truck also came ahead of town truck. Price was way lower than I expected. Driver was on top of it, didn't hit a single curb and had to go uphill into the Isletta casino CMV parking and back out. Just awesome job all around and after getting the truck to the dealership, dropping trailer and moving tractor to a spot he even gave me a ride to the motel.”

“I was so impressed all around with their top notch service. The person who answered the phone was friendly, knowledable and he got a truck right out to haul my wounded vehicle off to Firestone. Anthony arrived and hooked ‘er up and we headed to the shop in less than 5 minutes. Anthony was so personable that I felt like I made a friend immediately. I wish all companies could be this efficient and nice. Sure takes a little load off some bad car luck. Thank you, Knittles!”

“I own a 2019 Hyundai Tucson (Night Edition) and was repeatedly told that a hitch for my vehicle was unavailable. Josh to the rescue! He did a great job putting a hitch on my SUV! It now gives me options when I'm traveling. I am very pleased. It took him about 2 hours. (I hope management knows he's a gem!) Thank you a bazillion times! Make it easy and book an appointment online. I thought I'd paid upfront, but they didn't run my card until the work was done. I'm happy.”
